Signifyd is hiring a Remote Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you'll report to our Manager of Customer Success and manage the success and net retention of your portfolio of customers. You will combine technology expertise, business acumen and passion for customer success to promote our customers' and company's expected outcomes. We are looking for team members who are excited to learn our platform and become fluent in fraud, e-commerce and payments, where we provide value. As a trusted advisor with a deep product and industry knowledge, you'll be able understand customers' goals and help them optimize performance. You'll collaborate internally with management and broader teams to provide an outstanding customer experience and drive continuous improvement for Signifyd.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the customer lifecycle and ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention of a portfolio of assigned clients
  • Use knowledge of the Signifyd platform to advise on best practices around product usage with end-users
  • Identify, establish, and strengthen relationships with current and potential team members within your accounts
  • Close renewals and seek out additional expansion opportunities within your book of business
  • Ensure swift resolution of account issues by using resources from cross-functional teams, as needed
  • Work with Marketing to identify and convert successful customers into advocates
  • Embody Signifyd values and serve as a role model for other team members
  • Develop collateral and conduct periodic business reviews with client executive teams
  • Be a face of the company at trade shows and other industry events, both virtually and in person
  • Participate in on-call schedule every 6-8 weeks on Fridays to support the 4-day workweek for the Customer Success team. Primary work will be responding to any customer escalations that arise that customer support cannot resolve.

Requirements for position:

  • 2+ years of Customer Success Management or Account Management; technology background preferred
  • Customer management experience within complex accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • An analytical and metrics-driven work style
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop associated action plans and lead teams to achieve goals
  • Deep experience generating and manipulating data for presentations (Microsoft Excel, Looker, etc.)
  • Motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Self-starter who excels under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Background in e-commerce, fraud or payments industries is a plus

You have:

  • 8+ years of experience in Web Intensive applications

About the role:

Samsara is seeking a Strategic Planner - Projects to support our growing WW Planning team. In this role, you will partner with Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Product, R&D, and other teams to understand our full product manufacturing and sales cycle. In this role, you will: 

  • Scope and own high-impact projects that don’t fit neatly within one team’s scope within the Operations org, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure holistic solutions.

  • Demonstrated results in creating and implementing scalable standard operating procedures, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced content marketer with strong storytelling skills and an analytical mindset. In this role you will:

  • Help scale our research report and data storytelling programs, supporting the development of multiple research reports and data stories per year in partnership with a cross-functional team. Support topic selection, internal alignment, survey questionnaire development, vendor management, timeline management, content creation, review, approvals, publication, distribution, and impact measurement.

  • 5-7+ years of proven content marketing experience, with at least 1+ year creating research reports or data stories. Must have experience turning data insights, either from internal or third-party sources, into compelling multimedia content.
  • Stellar communication and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional projects and facilitating alignment across many stakeholders. 
  • Ability to independently drive content creation from end to end, including managing internal approvals, timelines, and third-party vendors.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with proven copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Samples of interactive and engaging marketing materials such as reports, web page content, e-books, blog posts, case studies, videos, infographics, emails, etc.

Huckberry is looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing, responsible for our product marketing and creative campaign strategy. This position is perfect for a visionary strategy-meets-creative leader with a deep understanding of both men’s style and the outdoor adventure landscape, and a proven track record of developing and executing innovative creative marketing campaigns across channels. You will be responsible for setting the execution standards and product positioning strategies for our campaign ecosystem, ensuring everything we put out resonates, educates, and inspires our core audience while expanding our reach to new customers.

This role is based out of our headquarters in Austin, TX; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire

Responsibilities

  • You love a good story and know how to effectively communicate it. You will oversee and develop marketing strategies and convey via effective, inspiring briefs that drive our largest product campaigns, responsible for powering our growth goals and generating positive affinity with our core and perspective new audience targets
  • You’ve got a pulse on what’s trending and relevant in our community of brands, people, and culture. You’ll analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and product positioning, ensuring Huckberry remains at the forefront of men’s style and outdoor adventure
  • You obsess over product and story. You will ensure our product positioning drives the most effective and compelling POV ensuring our customers clearly understand the value and inspiration behind the designs and product differentiators
  • You lead and inspire. You will manage across a team of product marketers and creatives, bringing product-positioning direction and driving innovation by exploring new campaign formats, deliverable platforms, and methodologies for engaging with our audience
  • No egos. You will work cross-functionally with our Brand, Product, GTM, Media, and Growth Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of vision across platforms, and ensure campaigns execute the right deliverables based on deadlines and channel needs 
  • You’ve organized and strategic when looking at investment. You will oversee budgets, allocate resources efficiently across campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure a high return on investment
  • 8+ years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally within product, creative, and/or and/or brand marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Experience working at a multi-brand retailer a strong plus
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful product marketing campaigns that have increased brand visibility and driven sales, while pushing creative and brand standards across all work
  • Deep understanding of and passion for men’s style, outdoor adventure, and the Huckberry brand ethos
  • Strong understanding of the various functional aspects of a marketing organization, plus digital/social media landscapes
  • Held key leadership position either driving or supporting Go-To-Market campaign strategies
  • Managed or worked directly with Creative leadership and supporting teams
  • Demonstrated success collaborating with brands, influencers, and celebrities to create impactful partnerships
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence
  • An art-meets-science mindset leveraging strong analytical skills, with marketing/creative vision; using data to back up assertions/vision
  • Nimble, yet detail-oriented; thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments

  • Study plans and equipment lists prior to on-site installation
  • Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed; including wearing and use of safety equipment
  • Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting / dismantling scaffolds
  • Make sure that tools and equipment are cleaned and maintained properly at the end of each shift
  • Ensure full client satisfaction in relation to the quality of service and finished product within planned time schedules
  • Other duties as required

  • Background Check and Drug screening required
  • Valid driver's license preferred, with good driving record.
  • Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
