ENESTECH Software, a part of TECHIIA Holding, is a dedicated developer of SENET — SaaS platform for automation of esports venues, gaming lounges, and cybercafes.

SENET was created in Kyiv, to help a small chain of gaming cafes to operate dozens of gaming computers and to provide better customer experience for gamers. Now, ENESETCH Software is an international company with a global presence and users in over 60 countries.

ENESTECH engages a full in-house team for development, support, sales, and marketing of SENET. It's an international crew that speaks 7 languages and knows everything about computer games.

Our company cherishes its Ukrainian origin and does not sell SENET to gaming cafes in Russia and Belarus. We also take active part in volunteering and support the Ukrainian Army in its fighting against Russian invasion.

We are engaging more and more clients, so we need to strengthen our Customer Experience team with Customer Support Engineers. We work with clients from all over the world (Ukraine, Europe, Latin America, USA, Kazakhstan) and communicate with customers in different languages. To be successful in this role, you should be interested in resolving customer queries. And we will help you with integration in our team and work process.

Likewise, we have several positions with different time shifts: 23:00-07:00, 15:00-23:00. We consider candidates that are open to work fully remote, although if you are in Kyiv you can come to the office as per your desire.

NEW BUDDY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • primary installation of the software and its components for new customers (remote);
  • provide primary onboarding of the system for new customers;
  • provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customer about the product by using the technical methods/tools;
  • solve technical issues, that arise during the installation and usage of the system;
  • provide appropriate solutions and alternatives on customers' doubts.

Your Mission

As Operational Account Manager - Enterprise, you will be leading and accountable for all the operational-related aspects of a portfolio of large and medium-sized merchants. Your Mission

  • Monitoring traffic of new and existing merchants related to Approval ratio and Authentication Ratio.
  • Contacting/Replying and following up on Issuer communication threads related to Approval ratio/ Authentication performance.
  • Analyze traffic based on alerts and/or previously selected by MGM merchants/countries and give suggestions for improvement.
  • Manage statistics requests and provide approval ratio statistics based on issuer performance or alerts or schemes.
  • Analyze conversion data from various sources, including website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to improve conversion rates and drive revenue growth.
  • Assessing the performance of newly implemented products related to Authentication and Authorization processes.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the fintech or e-commerce industry.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to extract actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of analysis.

The Enablement Analyst will be responsible for boarding new clients with a white glove experience to Paya Partners and Customers. This role will report to the Enablement Director and work collaboratively in a team environment supporting the Enablement initiatives. · Review application forms and all required supporting document including financial and business records

· Accurately document client communications in regards to onboarding

· Execute necessary edits for new accounts prior to approval

· Supporting application processes for premier partners

· Prioritize and complete rush app requests for VIP partners

· Handle inbound call volume related to new/pending applications

· Cross checking data to be uploaded into all boarding systems

· Scans and uploads client documents into database for UW review

· Acts as a backup for core and UW/onboarding functions

· Works boarding failures

· Complete assigned daily Issue requests submitted for Paya Partners

· Assist with additional projects as needed

Your Mission

Job Description:

Risk Account Managers are in charge of the daily risk communication with the merchants and represent Nuvei towards them. They are answering merchants’ requests in the shortest SLA possible, communicating with Risk Teams (Risk Monitoring, Credit Risk, Dispute Specialists and BI/Risk Data Analysts) to resolve and respond to merchant requests (Fraud investigations, Approval ratio, 3D settings etc.); configuring suggested rules per Risk Teams’ suggestion within the back-office.

The role:

As the L2 Business Development and Partnerships Lead at Status Network, your primary role will be to onboard different partners in the rollup ecosystem (bridges, stablecoin providers, fiat-to-crypto onramp solutions, etc.), then drive the deployment of innovative social applications and DeFi protocols focused on optimizing yield opportunities within the Status Network. This position is crucial for enhancing core metrics such as the network's growth and performance.

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential business partners, focusing on those that align with our strategic goals of enhancing social interactions and financial transactions on our platform. This includes exploring new verticals, particularly in social apps and gaming, alongside innovative DeFi protocols that offer unique yield-generating opportunities. Your role will involve initiating, managing, and expanding B2B partnerships, preparing go-to-market strategies and pitch materials to effectively engage and secure new business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the efforts to identify and prioritise potential partners that align with our mission to provide an open playground for communities to build on and thrive, while also offering easy access to yield opportunities unlocked by a native yield market. (Social & DeFi dApps, protocol developers, crypto exchanges, third-party providers, investors, industry influencers)
  • Oversee end-to-end partnership process from initial outreach and engagement through to negotiation, contract drafting, and final execution, ensuring all partnerships are strategically aligned and beneficial
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on all potential deals to ensure they are not only sustainable but also contribute to increasing Total Value Locked (TVL) and Transactions Per Second (TPS), aligning with our long-term strategic objectives
  • Identify and launch new business initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and the improvement of core metrics, ensuring these initiatives align with the broader strategic goals of sustainability for the network
  • Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with existing and potential partners to maximize benefits and ensure compliance with agreed terms, safeguarding the network's interests and sustainability
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Communications, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure successful partnership integration and alignment with our goals, facilitating the smooth introduction and promotion of new partners and products
  • Keep internal stakeholders well-informed about the status of deals and partnerships, ensuring transparent and effective communication to facilitate informed decision-making and cohesive strategic alignment
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key stakeholders across the blockchain ecosystem, leveraging these relationships to support mutual growth and the advancement of shared objectives
  • Assist in hiring, mentoring, and scaling a top-tier business development and partnerships team capable of meeting the ambitious goals of the network; fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

You will ideally have:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading partnerships and customer engagement within the tech industry, with a proven ability to manage and grow B2B relationships
  • Natural communicator and coordinator, adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals
  • Comprehensive understanding of blockchain technology, Ethereum and rollups, with hands-on experience with DeFi and NFTs
  • Direct experience working with L2 solutions, showcasing a technical understanding and practical knowledge of the layer 2 ecosystem
  • Strong alignment with our organisational principles as outlined in our manifesto, demonstrating a commitment to privacy, decentralisation, and innovation
  • Skilled in conducting financial analysis and strategic planning, ensuring partnerships enhance key performance metrics and align with long-term objectives
