Impec Group seeks a full-time seasoned Maintenance Technician for our client site in San Jose, California. This role is essential and requires onsite presence. This opportunity is perfect for that unique Maintenance Technician who is equally at ease in preventative maintenance and customer-facing situations.

Pay Range$27-30/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician performs on demand, corrective, and preventative maintenance on machinery, plumbing, carpentry, building, electrical equipment, and patient rooms. This position is in healthcare facility maintenance, which would require at times various assignments and other miscellaneous duties in the maintenance field.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all the following essential functions. These examples do not include all the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.

  • Completes assigned rounds on shift as required. Maintains current and accurate information by updating maintenance schedules and records.
  • Maintains a room check schedule to proactively maintain a safe and comfortable room with all equipment working properly.
  • Performs on-demand work requests by all staff and visitors of the hospital.
  • Meets deadlines and provides follow up to customers regarding plans, procedures, or delays.
  • Interacts with other trades within Facilities Operations when greater expertise is needed to satisfy the customer’s needs.
  • Uses laptop computer for tracking work requests, tracking time and materials, processing needed supplies and maintaining needed inventory.

Education and Experience Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in education or STEM related field.
  • Minimum of three years of successful sales experience.
  • Minimum of two years working or selling in the K12 market.
  • Proven territory development and experience selling in the K12 market.
  • Self-starter, working with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to strategize, develop, and communicate ideas for market expansion.
  • Experience in public speaking with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Capable of staying positive with coworkers and customers, even under pressure.
  • Strong time management, organization, priority setting, and detail orientation skills.

Netatmo is hiring a Remote Ingénieur Industrialisation Nouveaux Produits (H/F)

Description du poste

Afin de répondre à la forte croissance de son activité, Netatmo recrute un Ingénieur Industrialisation. Intégré à l’équipe Hardware & Production, vous piloterez l’introduction des nouveaux produits chez nos sous-traitants et occuperez une fonction centrale en lien avec de nombreux services. Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

  • Participer avec les équipes hardware et achat à la sélection des fournisseurs
  • Conduire les analyses de fabricabilité et testabilitédu produit durant la phase d’ingénierie simultanée
  • Spécifier les process d’assemblage et de test, des cartes électroniques jusqu’aux produits finis
  • Valider avec l’équipe test et embarquée les logiciels de test en production développés en interne
  • Former nos sous-traitants aux procédés d’assemblage et de test et qualifier les process
  • Piloter les pré-séries, analyser les problèmes rencontrés et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives afin d’atteindre les objectifs qualité
  • Mener des actions d’amélioration afin d’optimiser le temps d’assemblage et de test
  • S’assurer que la capacité de la ligne de production est en phase avec les exigences du plan de livraison
  • Travailler avec l'équipe qualité pour définir les livrables attendus de la part des fournisseurs

Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs de développement électronique, mécanique et logiciel.

Des déplacements réguliers en Asie/ Europe sont à prévoir.

Qualifications

  • Ingénieur ou diplômé d'un Master 2, vous justifiez d’une expérience professionnelle réussie (Minimum 2 ans d'expérience hors stage) dans la fabrication ou l’industrialisation de produits électroniques
  • Autonome, organisé, grande capacité d’adaptation, force de proposition
  • Esprit d’équipe
  • Des connaissances dans le développement de banc de test pour cartes électroniques est un plus
  • Anglais courant, de bonnes connaissances en mandarin sont un plus
  • La connaissance des outils LEAN est un plus
