Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Delivering market research studies:

The role involves delivering a variety of market research studies for a range of clients, primarily ad hoc studies although not restricted to this

Our researchers take end-to-end responsibility for the studies we run, meaning the Research Director will get involved in all aspects of project delivery from development of materials, through to analysis and reporting, as well as debriefing the client

This role will also include liaising with our Operations team for aspects such as survey programming, fieldwork delivery, and data analysis

Business development and client management:

Generate awareness and understanding of pharma-insight’s capabilities amongst new and existing clients

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, clear thinker, with a passion for market research and business analysis.

Business fluent in both German and English

You will also have:

  • Education to Degree level
  • Experience in delivering quantitative and qualitative research
  • A proven track record of selling market research services, ideally within the healthcare sector
  • The ability to understand customers’ business needs and to develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Strong financial and business awareness
  • Experience in the design and execution of a range of research methodologies
  • Strong teamworking capability – showing awareness of the wider teams’ commitments and establishing good quality relationships with internal departments
  • A strong understanding of existing market research services adopted by the pharmaceutical sector and their impact on the medical community
  • Excellent communication skills, which you use frequently to build relationships with clients and deal with many different stakeholders from within and outside the organisation

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Including, but not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for the bids allocated to you. You will respond to these bids in a timely manner and log them properly in the MR system
  • Follow and understand the pricing and feasibility grid, timeline recommendations, have a good understanding of the client’s business and seek advice from the fieldwork team for market specifics in order to provide the best possible and accurate bids.
  • Provide with accurate bid proposals within pre-determined and agreed time-scales
  • Ensure all sold projects are feasible and identify inclusion of partners where needed.
  • Identify appropriate communication channels (phone, email, etc.).
  • Understand and respond to client challenges/objectives.
  • Follow up on bids, keep a record of the outcome and if needed discuss change of strategy with the Managing Director.
  • Prepare client contracts based on template and reviewing accuracy of client commissioning documents
  • Support financial goals across their individual silo by collaborating with all team members to deliver on target revenue and profit per quarter.
  • Support managing sales pipeline and timeline until project start.
  • Working closely with the Operations teams to ensure client needs are understood and met to support excellent client service.
  • Look at current processes and practices and suggest improvements to the Managing Director
  • Ensure that best elements of bids are captured on the Wiki page and developed for future usage.

The Account Executive is the central co-ordination role of the team, providing accurate briefing and ensuring that information is available when required by the fieldwork team or other departments. They should be comfortable working with all department.

It is expected that the Account Executive has the judgment to know when they should seek guidance from their seniors prior to a situation becoming critical and to offer support when they feel it is needed.

The Account Executive should Contribute to a vibrant, competitive and supportive business development culture. Ability to proactively raise your hand to help. Support and collaborate with those whom need assistance.

The Account Executive‘s experience should allow them to foresee and forestall potential problems in all Client initiated projects/bids and will work together with the fieldwork team to manage client expectation and deliver the best outcome.

Account Executive should move beyond just having knowledge of their Client’s business.  They should be capable of using this knowledge whether that is in discussions with the Client or briefing the project team.

About the Department

Channel Account Managers, Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations - all working together help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences. The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real, technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Channel Account Manager - VAD, your job will be to manage the full 360 relationship within your assigned Distributors. Your focus will be on expanding Cloudflare's channel capacity and capabilities by working cross-functionally within the Distributor to recruit, activate and scale Cloudflare's channel, including VARs, Direct Marketers, MMS/MSSP and Referral Partners. KPIs are tied to pipeline generation and booked revenue.

Additional responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with Distributor and Cloudflare cross-functional teams (Partner Development, Partner Marketing, Partner Services, etc.) to develop and execute an annual business plan for your Distributors.

Establish a budget for MDF and other funds to engage in critical Distributor-sponsored programs, resources, activities and events.

Maintain and report an accurate sales forecast in SFDC.

Manage contract negotiations.

Engage in account mapping sessions with partners.

Training partners on our technology and GTM strategies.

Maintaining a robust sales pipeline.

Developing scalable relationships with target partners and key stakeholders.

Expanding our partner ecosystem in a specific region.

Partnering closely with the sales organization to help them hit their goals

Work with Sales Ops to maintain a Distributor performance dashboard

Run a cadence of ongoing performance review (QBRs, Executive 5x5s) with Distributors

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience:

Direct experience in managing distribution partners and TSDs.

Minimum 5 years of experience and a proven track record developing a partner ecosystem of VARs, SI's, MSP’s/MSSP's, within a SaaS model.

Existing relationships and/or strong familiarity of the partner ecosystem in the region that they cover.

Understanding of cloud infrastructure ecosystem and cloud security is highly preferred.

Minimum 5 years in Software/SaaS/Security Sales & Channel management.

Experience working in a start-up environment.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The following are key principle accountabilities, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for proper regrind control including proper sorting of regrind materials.
  • Operate strapping equipment and air nailers.
  • Pack products as per packaging specifications.
  • Perform operator quality inspection checks.
  • Housekeeping around the area and machines, and maintain 5’s.
  • Performs necessary administrative functions related to the position.
  • Will be required to function in other capacities as directed by the direct supervisor.
  • Follow all plant health, safety, environmental and quality policies by working safely and responsibly
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong asset.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety practices is necessary.
  • Basic math skills including geometry and fractions.
  • Able to solve sophisticated problems using sound problem solving techniques and good judgment based on previous practices and precedence
  • Ability to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and adhere to instructions diligently
  • Flexible to work 12-hour continental shift schedule (7 days bi-weekly)
