We are actively seeking a qualified candidate to join our Customer Success Organization as a key member of the Customer Success Operations (CS Ops) team. In CS Ops, we partner with key stakeholders across the company to drive improvements to the efficiency, profitability, effectiveness, and innovation of Acquia’s key business processes. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be focused on the Expert Services organization (Professional Services and Technical Account Management) assisting with the continuous improvement of the global professional services automation system (Mavenlink), reporting/analysis of key business metrics, and supporting other business operations processes. In addition, there will be opportunities to lead initiatives working closely with the Expert Services leadership team to drive strategic business outcomes. This role will directly support the Director of Customer Success Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure and documentation to streamline the reporting process and ensure continuity of business.
- Work with stakeholders across the organization to understand the business’s reporting needs and ensure reports are delivered in a timely manner.
- Creation of effective reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Monitor data quality and continuously work to improve processes around data collection and consolidation.
- Translate data analysis requirements into clear and concise solutions that help to inform business decisions.
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement, make recommendations for improvement, and assist in their implementation.
Qualifications:
- At least 2-5 years of proven experience in one or more of the following: finance or business operations or reporting & data analysis
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Data Science, Finance or Accounting)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (experience with modeling and reporting is a plus!)
- Experience with Domo or other Business Intelligence toolis required
- Experience with MySQL or Dbt(data build tool)
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills including ability to collaborate and build consensus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities and strategic mindset with a focus on continuo
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with working in an international work environment
- Strong organization and attention to details.
