The Business Acct Mgmt Solutions - Sales Enablement - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
- Advise and assist in establishing sales learning programs to continually enhance customer delivery teams' competence to drive business performance.
- Support account teams through engagement strategies, continuous alignment, and learning within the Account Management organization.
- Advise the account team on best practices for sales communications, customer engagements, and business success.
- Develop strong relationships across the organization and advise account team on business improvement opportunities.

- Bachelor degree or equivalent
Skills
- Relationship management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
- Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
- Presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
- Identifying and selecting strategic options and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives.
- Business Insight including advising, interpreting customer insights, benchmarking, etc.
- Creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas.
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions.
- Performance measurement including evaluating programs and defining and measuring KPIs.
- Managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
- Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
- Learning and training including developing, facilitating and evaluating training.
