Job Description
Ensure effective management, compliance and control over global IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and continuously improve global ITAM processes to improve customer experience, enhance productivity, minimize liability and achieve savings.
- Interface with customers, professional groups and corporate teams to maintain and improve collaborative processes.
- Issue ITAM reports regularly.
- Create and maintain ITAM standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in asset management systems and CMDB.
- Highly skilled and experienced with Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of IT asset lifecycle processes.
- ITSM familiarity.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Self-starter with the ability to manage projects and other tasks under minimal supervision.
- Resolves complex problems and manages independently.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, global, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills and service orientation.
- Great organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Education:
- Industrial Engineering and Management - advantage
- ITAM certificates - advantage
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role in an Enterprise IT unit.
- Experience working opposite global teams.
