Job Description
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team
- Participate in estimation and planning sessions
- Thoroughly understand and prioritize business needs
- Translate business needs into clear, detailed, and unambiguous requirements
- Document, analyze, and visualize business processes
- Identify current deficiencies in the development process, procedures, engineering practices, environment configurations, etc., and suggest improvements
- Report status and progress according to project demands
- Communicate with the development team
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements
- Meticulous in documentation creation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
- Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to adapt quickly
- Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Understanding basic mathematics, basic coding knowledge of front-end, back-end, and databases to effectively communicate with the development team
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
