Job Description
What you’ll do:
- Review key account performance with client account leaders and delivery leads; oversee project delivery
- Work with client account leadership to set client expectations, participating in client account planning and forecasting activities
- Overall management, tracking and reporting of deliverables in support of new business capabilities, ensuring on time and on budget delivery, adherence to compliance and quality standards, and alignment to the strategic objectives of the Statement of Work
- Implement tracking methods and metrics to monitor progress, report status, identify deviations and implement corrective action, effective change control process to identify impacts (scope, schedule, cost, business case benefits), complete an impact assessment, and present recommendation
- Responsible for defining and working towards a successful managed project outcome
- Responsible for ensuring team is aligned around the product vision and how their work adds to that vision
- Responsible for defining documenting solution that balance business impact, scope and team resources
- Responsible for timeline and running sprint ceremonies
- Responsible for status & project communications to the client as well as removing delivery team blockers
- Responsible for uncovering the business needs, product vision, and requirements to inform the technical solution
- Responsible for project growth efforts (EE)
- Manages project team and supports career development
- Responsible for decision analysis and recommendations for delivery issues
- Facilitate program stage gates to validate deliverables and approve progression to the next phase
- Ensure accurate and timely financial management including actual spend and forecasts for labor, non-labor and strategic partner support; explain cost variances and implement corrective action; track cost risks and cost opportunities
- Responsible for updating various Portfolio management tools and systems such as Salesforce, Harvest (time tracking system) etc
Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2-3 years of Program Management or PMO Lead experience
- Minimum of 2-3 years of managing large, complex portfolios with Agile delivery methodologies
- Has run at least 4 substantial projects or programs
- Minimum of 2-3 years consulting experience
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Harvest etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Make judgment calls on priorities
- Is able to influence without persuasion
- Comfortable conversing and has built relationships with teams outside of the PMO
- Transport & Logistics experience
- Can train others in their skillset and is open to knowledge sharing
- Can take on client work and multiple Levvel initiatives without guidance of priorities remaining effective at both
