Job Description
The Infrastructure Management Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of administrative operations related to the company's infrastructure. He/She plays a key role in creating and maintaining a safe, functional and pleasant work environment for employees.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGES:
- Manage infrastructure-related requests from employees, ensuring fast and efficient solutions.
- Coordinate maintenance team activities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Ensure workspaces comply with current health and safety standards.
- Oversee purchases of office supplies and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for infrastructure and equipment.
- Work with suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee quality of service and meet deadlines.
- Manage and update access control and video surveillance systems.
- Oversee the management of the company's fleet of vehicles, including purchasing, maintenance and contract management.
- Provide administrative support to teams, including updating documents and databases.
- Manage business travel reservations, including hotels and flights, for senior management.
- Travel regularly to different company sites to ensure a presence in the field and respond to specific needs.
Qualifications
THE EXPERTISE REQUIRED TO TAKE US FURTHER:
- Degree in administration, facilities management or other relevant training.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic corporate environment.
- Project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of IT tools and facility management software.
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English.
