We are looking for a Business Development Rep to join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions! This is your opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to delivering best in class service to our customers. In this role you will foster Blueprint’s value proposition in garnering new relationships and expanding and nurturing existing client relationships with the goal of selling our services and products across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with end-users to achieve goals.
- Reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling and social media.
- Maintaining and growing existing leads.
- Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies.
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Preparing commercial and pricing documents.
- Providing prompt responses to all customers.
- Promoting the company products and services.
- Role may require up to 30% travel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to identify opportunities and develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak/present to all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Experience with executing contracts and shepherding SOWs (Statement of Work) through the process.
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to adjust to shifting priorities and work with ambiguity.
- Proven success with driving against goals and meeting and exceeding targets.
- Preferred understanding of technical concepts and technologies, with a proven ability to continuously educate and keep abreast of industry changes and trends.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The compensation for this role is aligned with geographic salary ranges for Washington state and consists of a base annual salary between $60,000 and $90,000 USD, supplemented by a bonus/commission structure. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
