What will I be doing?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, Technical or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a technical capability such as data engineering, data science, business intelligence, cloud engineering, software engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies across multiple teams.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), big data technologies, ETL tools and data modeling.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate and guide teams toward achieving their goals.
  • Ability to mentor, coach and provide hands-on support for blocked/struggling team members.

What will I be doing?

Job Summary:

The Data Engineer’s responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying Data Integration (ETL and or ELT) solutions using agreed upon design patterns and technologies; working with a large variety of data sources from json, csv, Oracle, SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Azure Analysis Services, Azure SQL DB, DataLake, polybase; and Streaming data sets.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of broad-based IT experience with technical knowledge of data Integration (ETL, ELT) technologies and approaches, Data Warehousing, Data Lake Methodologies.
  • 3+ years’ experience with SQL Server. Expert level TSQL knowledge required.
  • 3+ years’ experience designing and implementing scalable ETL processes including data movement (SSIS, replication, etc.) and quality tools.
  • 2+ years’ experience building cloud hosted data systems. Azure preferred.
  • 2+ years’ experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
  • 2+ years’ experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

 

Physical Requirements:

  • The employee is frequently required to sit at a workstation for extended and long periods of time. The employee will occasionally walk; will frequently use hands to finger, handle, grasp or feel; and reach with hands, wrists, or arms in repetitive motions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak/present to all levels of an organization.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The compensation for this role is aligned with geographic salary ranges for Washington state and consists of a base annual salary between $60,000 and $90,000 USD, supplemented by a bonus/commission structure. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.

What will I be doing?

Blueprint is looking for an Offers Production Specialistto join us as we build cutting-edge technology solutions!  This role will own the production of offers on the most business-critical points of sale for portfolio brands.  You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct market analysis, and continuously refine offers based on performance data to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of deals, coupons and loyalty offers tailored for our traveler communications in key markets.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of offers, providing quality assurance and meticulous attention to detail for all launched offers.
  • Own the delivery schedule for assigned campaigns, diligently tracking progress, and providing regular updates to partners.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for offers and conduct necessary meetings to support seamless execution.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of merchandising landing pages and assist with set up of test and learn for various evergreen initiatives.
  • Facilitate the migration of offers and landing pages as new capabilities and tools are released.
  • Ensure effective localization of offers across various countries and languages.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize the current offers processes and tools, striving for continuous improvement and maximizing the return on efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with large scale promotional tools, demonstrating a proven track record of effectively utilizing large-scale promotional tools for successful campaign management.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to work with guidance to identify and implement solutions for campaign and project issues/blockers, proactively escalating when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders and partners, fostering effective collaboration and alignment with project goals.
  • Strong level of technical experience, showcasing proficiency in navigating and leveraging relevant tools and technologies essential to the role.

Salary Range
