Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Specialist – an external collaborator pivotal in our business expansion. This role focuses on scaling our operations by spearheading efforts to expand our client portfolio, contributing significantly to our company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive research to identify and assess potential clients within the US and European markets, focusing on suitability and alignment with our business objectives.
- Develop detailed profiles of potential clients, including their industry, needs, pain points, and decision-making structure, to ensure a strategic match.
- Assess and pre-qualify potential clients based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with our service offerings and have the potential for mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Engage in all client kickoff meetings alongside the Recruitment Manager and Founder, providing insights gained from research and pre-screening to facilitate productive discussions.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development or sales roles, ideally within the web development field.
- Experience in working with US and European markets, showcasing an ability to build and grow client lists.
- Experience in working with outsourcing, team extension, or team augmentation companies.
- Proficiency in sourcing and securing new business opportunities.
