The core responsibility of the of Medical Advisor is to engage in non-promotional medical / scientific / development activities and interactions with HCPs and other relevant stakeholders. It is will also include building and maintaining relationships and collaboration with HCPs and other relevant stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Establish and develop relationships with clinical investigators, HCPs and other relevant external stakeholders.
  • Provide scientific information to relevant clinical investigators, HCPs and other relevant stakeholders as appropriate.
  • Facilitate and maintain legitimate scientific exchange related to Norgine marketed and pipeline products with medical experts to advance understanding of new scientific principles, novel research trends and current scientific debate.
  • Assist in development of HCPs as speakers to help disseminate scientifically balanced, up-to-date evidence to the wider HCP community.
  • Contribute to KOL and other stakeholder identification, mapping and planning.
  • Keep updated on scientific knowledge and development within relevant therapeutic fields of interest to Norgine.
  • Obtain an understanding of prevailing medical or scientific thoughts and attitudes in relation to products, projects or therapeutic areas of interest to Norgine. 
  • Attend relevant scientific congresses and meetings to keep up-to-date of latest clinical and scientific developments within the therapeutic areas, and understand the dynamics of any scientific controversies.
  • Gather insights around clinical needs, disease needs and related topics from the clinical community.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of our voice of the patient activities and projects.
  • Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to bring the voice of the patient into the Norgine Nordic organisation and to bring knowledge and understanding of the patient situation to all employees.
  • Collate and process research proposals (IIS proposals) aligned with Norgine strategic objectives.
  • Review of promotional/ non-promotional material to ensure compliance with the applicable Nordic countries Codes of Practices.
  • Sign off promotional and other material in line with the Company certification procedure.
  • Serve as a resource for projects and collaborate with internal colleagues to achieve best possible outcomes.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • High-level scientific profile (E.G. Medical Doctor, MPharm or equivalent degree)
  • Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs or Clinical Development experience
  • Ability to collaborate within a matrix organisation
  • Effective communication skills including mastery of English and at least one Nordic languages
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex scientific and clinical data in 1:1 and group settings
  • Ability to plan own work, meet deadlines and work with a can-do problem-solving attitude 
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare area
  • Willingness to travel, both nationally (Nordics) and internationally (Europe)

About the Role

The Internal Comms Producer will manage Twitch’s weekly All Hands program from end to end, including everything from content strategy to the viewer experience. You will report to the Head of Internal Communications and partner with senior leadership, business unit leads, employee experience, and the broader communications teams to foster belonging and help keep our people around the globe informed and engaged through our most important channel — our weekly All Hands.

You are a storyteller at heart with a passion for producing live events. You’ll manage our weekly All Hands to help inform and drive strategic alignment across the company and keep our people engaged. You will work closely with the executive team and provide counsel on how to use the All Hands to share progress on corporate strategy, company-wide news and announcements, and find creative ways to amplify the best of our Community on Twitch and at Twitch. You’ll work to make this event a best-in-class experience for our people regardless of where they sit around the globe.

You Will:

  • Manage and produce the weekly All Hands experience from end to end finding ways to continuously boost participation and viewership.

You Have:

  • 5+ years experience producing live events and creating content that helps tell a company’s story.
  • Background managing events and programs end to end and using data and metrics to understand how to make continuous improvements to our content and production strategy.
  • A knack for design across slides, videos, and live presentations.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills
  • Experience working with and advising C-level executives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.

The Senior Manager of Field & Channel Marketing for North America will report directly to the Global Sr. Director, Field & Channel Marketing. Sales and global campaigns teams will be important partners as you drive net-new growth, customer expansion and cross-sell, and installed base retention through a variety of segment-focused marketing campaigns and tactics. The Manager of field Marketing is a conduit for the revenue organization to the marketing team.
 

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • In collaboration with the regional Sales Directors across the Americas region, create an integrated marketing activity plan that includes local execution of the global go-to-market initiatives and aligns to the regional sales strategies
  • Manage a high-performing and diverse field marketing team. Management duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Working with your team in evaluating and prioritizing various programs to ensure budget and results are achieved 
    • Reporting on results of specific tactics as well as the breadth of the field marketing programs in your region that align and contribute to sales goal achievement
    • Coach, mentor and support development among team members
  • Develop plans needed to: 
    • Amplify, localize and create demand generation and pipeline acceleration campaigns
    • Build local presence and credibility through events, speaking opportunities, web presence, content syndication and PR
    • Support key verticals, ABM and personalized tactics
  • Support the region to retain existing customers, expand within the base, upsell and cross-sell as well as new customer recruitment
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing functions to ensure red thread messaging of “brand to demand” in your plans
  • Responsible for initiation, execution, management and measurement of local marketing activities. Including, but not limited to email campaigns, account-based marketing for cross sell, partner marketing planning and co-funding, digital marketing, events, social media activity, advertising
  • Collaborate and work with our demand gen center of excellence for team for regional campaign components 
  • Ensure lead follow up in region and align with BDR team
  • Measure marketing programs at all levels of detail. Analyze outcomes, provide insights and present results to facilitate sound decision-making 
  • Sales Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates and takes inputs as a member of the region’s senior management team
  • Attend Sales QBRs; prepare and present marketing plans, supporting tactics and performance metrics
  • Is accountable for the marketing budget for North America and ensuring the spend is aligned to the regional objectives

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

  • Business/Marketing IT degree (preferred) but equivalent experience will also be considered in place of the education
