About the Role:
The Treasury analyst will support Sezzle’s global operations by ensuring an efficient banking structure and proper cash management. The analyst will work with existing treasury systems and processes seeking to improve these processes and systems where appropriate.
The successful candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities. The successful candidate will also embrace technology to enable the Treasury team to scale effectively and efficiently.

Key Role Responsibilities:
- Mange Sezzle Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Preparing, maintaining, and improving cash forecasts to identify potential future liquidity needs
- Monitor internal loan portfolio performance and report to internal and external stakeholders
- Expense tracking, reporting, and reimbursing
- Performing financial analysis as required
- Foreign exchange, interest rate, and insurance risk management
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors or better in business or finance related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- 2+ years work experience in treasury/cash management or banking field
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus
- Knowledge of foreign exchange hedging strategies and/or credit markets
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems

Compensation
The compensation range for the role is $75,000 - $80,000 (inclusive only of base salary, and exclusive of other potential competitive benefits such as on-target commission, bonus payments, and equity). Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.
