Job Description
We're seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our team, focusing on addressing customer needs related to videoconferencing operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their videoconferencing equipment requirements and provide tailored recommendations.
- Expertise in various smart videoconferencing solutions for different scales of meetings (small, medium, large), ensuring the right setup for each scenario. This includes planning, implementation, and providing ongoing support.
- Manage and process customer requests, including requirement management and handling of aftersales services.
- Take charge of the customer portal, ensuring its smooth operation and providing leadership.
- Coordinate demand and hardware consultation, including vendor management and creation of quotes.
- Manage contracts, from creation to termination, as well as handling invoicing.
- Support incident management and align with various stakeholders, including operations team, management, vendors, and customers.
- Continuously develop services based on customer needs and industry trends.
- Conduct user training sessions on videoconferencing tools like Microsoft Teams, MTR, and Webex Boards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in current videoconferencing solutions and products, such as MS Teams, MTR, and Webex Boards.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development in the field.
- Familiarity with incident and change management processes, as well as asset management.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken, to accommodate our international environment and large German customer base.
