As the Senior Manager, Programmatic & Streaming Media, you will lead the Programmatic and Streaming team within our internal paid media team. In this role, you will be responsible for the global strategy and execution of our Programmatic and Streaming media across platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, MNTN, YouTube, and others. This individual must have a strong connection with data and results and help work cross-functionally to design and implement tests and report results. Your scope will include the conception and execution of both performance and brand media activations, multi-channel expertise, and deep knowledge of ad tech, tracking, and customization. In this role, you will work closely with channel leaders across Paid Shopping, Search and Social as well as manage the workflow and career progression of at least one direct report.
What you’ll do
- Develop comprehensive programmatic media plans aligning with StockX company objectives and campaign goals.
- Integrate into our Brand and Creative teams to ensure creative excellence and further push the creative envelope using our Dynamic Creative partners
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of digital ad platforms, including Streaming, Performance Programmatic, and Brand Media, to optimize campaign performance and drive results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of programmatic strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Leverage data insights to refine targeting strategies, optimize budgets and maximize campaign ROI.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to further deepen our Audience strategies and identify new customer segments
- Work closely with our Analytics team to ensure best-in-class tracking, measurement and reporting, leveraging a deep understanding of digital analytics and tracking platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to drive continuous innovation.
- Lead Programmatic discussions and presentations, providing strategic insights and recommendations based on campaign performance analysis.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and fostering professional development.
About you
- Extensive experience in programmatic media
- Prior experience leading a team
- Demonstrated experience being hands-on/hiring and managing media buyers
- Proven ability in developing and building robust testing and optimization plans for campaigns and deep programmatic partner knowledge

- Ecommerce marketplace or retail industry experience
- A combination of in-house and agency experience

Pursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary range is $120,000 to $140,000 plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses. Compensation is dependent on geography and may vary.
