Job Description
1st one-week training and on-the-job mentoring provided for all roles.
Must have Good English conversational and writing skills.
Sourcing Apprentice day-to-day work:
- Source IT, candidates, daily for at least three job requirements
- Find candidates (using Boolean strings) from the sales platform and load them into recruiting CRM daily
- Email candidates (based on skillset) using the provided email templates
- Call at least 60 candidates daily to check their interest, availability, and other details.
- Work under the guidance of a Sr recruiter and help them as needed.
- Data Entry into Candidate CRM
Sales/Business Dev Apprentice day to day work:
- Email potential prospects using the provided email templates
- Cold calling 40 prospects daily and schedule initial meetings
- Sharing sales collateral as requested
- Update all activity in the CRM on a daily basis
- Present the FullCandidate Solution in sales meetings
Recruiting Coordinators Apprentice day-to-day work:
- Create job descriptions in ATS
- Schedule interviews and remind candidates about interviews.
- Maintain submission records and follow up with clients to schedule interviews
- Make updates in ATS as required
- Email and call candidates on a daily basis
- Add new candidates to Recruiting CRM
