Job Description
The Insights team is looking for a motivated individual with a quantitative market research background to serve as a full-time contractor. This person will primarily be responsible for managing all data support and research logistics for the client's Insights team. Specifically, this person will be responsible for:
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing participant recruitment, incentive fulfillment, panel management, survey/qual programming, data pulls, dashboard creating and supporting research reporting
- Own the management of the clients insiders panel as well as the Knowledge Management Portal
- Own smaller quantitative and qualitative research projects (as needed)
- Occasionally work independently with the Product, Design and Marketing teams to develop research studies and deliver actionable insights
Qualifications
- This person must have 3+ years of professional or internship experience in market research, consumer/user research and research operations or analytics
- Expertise in Qualtrics required, specially dashboard creation, programming, weighting and crosstabs
- Knowledge of UserZoom, dscout, Sermo, Tableau and/or SQL is preferred
- Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required
