Job Description
- Defining and prioritizing the product backlog based on input from stakeholders.
- Working closely with the development team to ensure that the product backlog items are delivered on time and meet the acceptance criteria.
- Responsible for priorization, sprint goals and corresponding user stories, while ensuring deployment memos are consistent with business priorities from the Business Owner.
- Drafting documents and communicating requirements to platform architects and developers.
- Collaborating across the organization to coordinate cross domain work that requires loyalty platform work.
- Creating a backlog of development ready features/requirements/intakes for the loyalty platform.
- Mantaining and identifying any additional performance improvement intakes required.
- Presenting at program review meetings.
- Mapping out discovery, design, development and launch schedules.
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of the product development, and make adjustments to the roadmap as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business) or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the IT field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
- Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
