We're hiring aGovernment Receivables Investment Coordinatorto conduct due diligence and assist in presenting investment memos on our newest private credit strategy. You’ll be joining a growing team of engineers, lawyers, and data scientists to make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment. Core responsibilities:
- Coordinate underwriting of potential Government Receivable investments, including conducting borrower interviews and analyzing due diligence materials
- Organize diligence and monitoring efforts across a growing portfolio of revolving loans
- Draft investment memoranda summarizing results of underwriting and strengths and weaknesses of potential investments
- Assist in tasks across functions including: origination, underwriting, structuring, portfolio management, operations, technology and marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance or related field desirable or equivalent experience from a top-tier institution
- 3-5 years of transactional-based or similar underwriting experience
- Experience in financial statement analysis, financial modeling or financial valuation; preparing financial information, interpreting financial performance or assessing risk exposure
- Ability to articulate financial concepts and information in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to work seamlessly in a cross-functional team environment spanning multiple disciplines
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast paced startup environment
