About the Role
InMarket is seeking to grow their Account Management - Platform team. As an Associate Account manager for GeoLink (InMarket’s Self Serve Ad Platform) you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned partners and supplementing senior account managers’ and sales directors’ efforts to grow new and existing business. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of sold campaigns, delivery against client objectives and maximizing opportunities to upsell-renew current contracts. Reporting to the Platform Director you will have mentorship and growth opportunities as the sales team expands Geolink’s customer base and also expansion of knowledge into other product lines when available.
Your daily Impact as an Associate Account Manager- Platform
- Manage our client communications tool within our self service platform by responding to clients questions
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships; operate as lead point of contact for select clients
- Main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight; owns overall client satisfaction and proactively identifies opportunities and works with Sales Directors to optimize, retain and upsell business
- Assist Senior Account Managers with day to day duties on key client accounts
- Manage and track campaign implementation and success
- Oversee and manage the JIRA queue by approving screenshots, review campaign status, follow up on engineering tickets
- Manage all custom inventory requests via Asana. This includes receiving email from clients, filling out the avails sheet, submitting the asana ticket, providing/recommending additional locations to the client if avails doesn’t fulfill the expected budget
- Training alongside the Media team in order to have a full 360 view of the product landscape
Your Experience & Expertise
- Results oriented and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong Communication Skills
- Preferred technical experience (G Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and various internet browsers)
- Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000.
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Base salary is just one component of InMarket’s total rewards package that also may include bonus, equity, and benefits.
