Providing guidance to our on-premise customers for transition to the Cloud.
Maintaining regular communication with clients through on-site visits, MS Teams meetings, and phone calls.
Collaborating with Solution Consultants to identify and capitalize on new upsell and cross-selling opportunities.
Updating CRM and operational software systems with all client interactions, information, and activities.
