Research Managers will manage all aspects of political opposition research including vetting, research book and memo writing, fact checking and copy editing at the highest levels of American political campaigns. This is a full-time, exempt opportunity in a remote professional office environment. Candidates can expect night, weekend, and unconventional work hours. Candidates will need access to a secure and private work environment and reliable internet connection.

Our recruitment process includes a short skills-based exam, which we believe opens opportunities to applicants who might have acquired the relevant research skills in ways not easily represented on a resume, ensuring we don't miss great applicants with less traditional work experience or education. We allow up to 24 hours to complete the exam once started, but most applicants spend about an hour. No exam content is ever used in our work product and is strictly for applicant evaluation purposes.

    Expected Outcomes for this position: 

    • Build multiple testing strategies per week across the channels and platforms.

    • Grow organic followers by 10% on Instagram and TikTok in 30 days..

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in managing high-impact social media campaigns specifically on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
    • Strong creative and analytical skills to produce data-driven, engaging content.
    • Proficiency in digital content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Capcut and/or video editing software.

    Qualifications:

    • A minimum of 3 years in tech sales with a proven track record.
    • At least some college experience. (A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.)
    • Proficient English, preferably based in the Americas or the Caribbean. Bonus points for San Antonio, TX residents.
    • Full-time commitment: M-F, 8am-5pm CST. And yes, you have the flexibility to work remotely.
