CareRev is looking for an experienced and energetic Content Marketing Manager, preferably with experience in healthcare writing, to lead the way we reach and engage with our audience of healthcare companies and nurses. This person will oversee all aspects of CareRev’s content creation and distribution strategy.
The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven digital marketer. They will have experience in creating, scaling, and distributing content across channels and using data and analytics to continuously optimize. The Content Marketing Manager will work closely with all members of CareRev’s marketing team and report to the Head of Product Marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage high-value content creation and distribution (e.g. blogs, videos, infographics, presentations, webinars, ebooks, and whitepapers).
- Work closely with Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, Events, and Social Media leads on SEO, SEM, event campaigns and social content and strategy; work with leads to continuously analyze performance metrics across channels and optimize.
- Own newsletter strategy, including ongoing A/B testing and proposed design enhancements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of content marketing experience in a digital and data-driven organization
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- Experience writing and editing copy for various channels
- Strong understanding of content marketing and how different types of content map to and influence the buyer journey
- In-depth experience with analytics platforms and using data to optimize and inform marketing strategy and content creation
- Ability to adapt quickly to brand voice and style
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms is a plus, preferably Iterable and Pardot
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Located in the United States
The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,963 - $136,976. Equity, bonus or commission and benefits may also be provided as part of the total compensation package, depending on the position offered. If given an offer, the exact salary amount offered will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence.
