Position Summary

  • DevOps engineers are vital to Madwire’s mission because they are responsible for the stability and reliability of our software products.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Help maintain the infrastructure for Marketing 360, the #1 marketing platform
  • Debug and monitor existing services and help resolve problems
  • Contribute to infrastructure initiatives to improve reliability and reduce costs

Supervisory Responsibility

  • No supervisory responsibilities

Travel

  • Occasional travel may be required, but is not a significant part of the job.
  • 5+ yrs professional experience as a DevOps engineer (or similar) managing Kubernetes, on Google Cloud Platform and AWS
  • Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD tools like CircleCI or GitHub Actions
  • Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi
  • Ability to work in a team environment within a fast-paced product team
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Experience with delivery of a SaaS product
  • Understanding of micro-services and related architectures
  • Working understanding of firewalls, security groups, and networking
  • Development experience, ideally with Go, JS/TS, or Python a plus
  • Working knowledge of relational and / NoSQL databases

What You’ll Do

Training Program

Our training program is heavily focused on hands-on learning. Trainees develop marketing strategies, complete account audits, and execute optimizations for clients accounts. By proving their ability to learn and provide value to clients, the best of the best MSM trainees earn the opportunity to be promoted to marketing teams where they will manage their own book of business.

How You’ll Make Money

MSM income consists of a base salary of $30,000 per year plus commission and bonus. Eligibility to begin earning commission usually begins in the second or third month of hire, depending on pace in the training program.

Marketing Success Managers make an *average of ~$55,000 in their first year and generally experience $20,000 in income growth each year thereafter. *Averages are based on 2023 MSM payroll.

What are the opportunities for growth?

MSMs that seek to eventually build their own team will have opportunities to take their knowledge of account management and be selected for internal leadership roles. We have had MSMs start out in this role that are now Chief Advertising Officers, VP of Marketing, Chief Marketing Operations Officer, Chief Marketing Officers and Directors. As the organization grows we look to our MSM teams to fill these and many more leadership opportunities.

How are the teams structured?

Marketing Success Manager teams are led by a Lead Marketing Success Manager, who reports to the Director of Marketing over their team.

What else makes the position notable?

Our hours are 7-4pm MST Monday through Friday. There is no travel, no weekend work, and accounts are assigned to you (you do not have to generate your own clients). We invest heavily in advertising and marketing to generate accounts and the same strategies you are using for customers are what we use to drive new business for ourselves. Role Description

This role will work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday (sometimes Saturday but with an extra weekday off) .

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greeting all visitors that stop by the office (prospective residents, vendors, current residents, etc.)
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Entering work orders
  • Following up on maintenance work orders
  • Maintaining a positive relationship with current residents
  • Typing in all leases for the Property Manager's review, approval, and signature
  • Collecting the information required for applications approvals
  • Preparing move-in packets and coordinating move-ins with all new residents
  • Ensuring that all models and "make ready" units are in optimal condition
  • Walking the property once a day to ensure the property has a strong curb appeal
  • Adhering to the policies and procedures manual
  • Creating efficient ways to market the property
  • Assisting in coordinating resident activities to facilitate better resident retention
  • Assisting with all property bookkeeping and paperwork requirements
  • Performing other tasks and duties as assigned by the Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President.
  • Being available to work on weekends
  • Following up with leads
  • Following Fair Housing Regulations
  • Being able to understand and explain the TAA Lease Contract
  • 2+ years of Leasing experience, preferably in Multifamily properties
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Onesite required
  • Trained in Fair Housing Law
  • Leasing Agent Certification preferred
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with residents, prospective residents, and the management team
  • Detail - oriented and organized

Salary range will depend on experience with PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, & Basic Life Insurance. You will also earn bonus off of performance.

As an Assistant Maintenance, you will be responsible for completing any service requests made by residents of the property. This position reports to the Lead Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair residential air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems and replace appliances such as refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, washers, and dryers
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and run multiple work orders or service requests daily
  • Ability to examine heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (A/C), as well as perform preventative maintenance duties on HVAC units
  • Perform interior plumbing repairs, replacements, and/or installations including repairing leaks and clogs from sinks and/or toilets
  • Electrical repairs and replacement of light fixtures and related items
  • Perform other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • 1 + years of experience in multifamily maintenance or equivalent field
  • HVAC and EPA certified
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Customer service experience
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual is a plus, but not required
  • Must be flexible and dependable
  • Must be a team player
