About this role

In this role, you will lead the delivery of learning and development strategies and drive the effective implementation of key programs at Transcarent. We are looking for a team member who is comfortable developing content, facilitating sessions, and driving learning in Sales, Marketing, and HR. In this highly cross-functional role, you will develop learning and development content to support our Corporate PACER value of Active Learning. 

What you'll do  

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on learning and development for Transcarent – partnering with senior leadership key cross-functional partners to deliver engaging learning and development in various modes (live sessions, e-learning, self-led guides and on-demand materials, as well as assessments of learning and progress). 
  • Assess development needs for our organization, working closely with learning leaders within HR, Marketing, Sales, and our patient-facing teams. 
  • Drive the Transcarent onboarding program for new hires with both a strategic and a tactical lens, bringing in new, fresh content that align with our ever-evolving product.  
  • Evaluate effectiveness of Transcarent’s learning and development programs and continuously iterate to build the best content for our success.  
  • Learn from other best in class organizations and leaders about new and evolving modalities and methods which enable learning for diverse workforces.  
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams/stakeholders and external vendors. 
  • Assist with system implementations as needed. 

What we're looking for 

  • Experience leading learning and development in Sales and/or Sales Enablement, Marketing, HR, or other relevant functions. 
  • Strong and engaging presentation skills (PowerPoint presentations, live presenting via Zoom or in-person)  
  • Attention to detail and the ability to think strategically and resourcefully about our learning and development needs. 
  • Ability to create, analyze and explain actionable data insights drawn from people metrics.

As a remote position, the salary range for this role is:
$80,000$100,000 USD

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.

Conditions of Employment: 

  • This position will require working with Hazardous Drugs (HD) and would require that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) be worn for the length of working with these drugs. These items would include gloves, respiratory protection, gown and other items as required.

Track and manage leads in your sales territory. Close sales efficiently leveraging the warm leads.

Earn new customers. Establish long term relationships and engage with existing customers.

Promote targeted life insurance products and services in territory. Ensure increase in new policy buys and growth of life insurance policy premiums paid.

Understand customer needs. Resolve queries and make appropriate recommendations.

Engage and educate prospects. Upsell from our range of exciting products.

Nurture, maintain and grow focussed productive business networks in assigned territory.

Provide best-in-class customer experience utilizing our proven sales processes and strategies.

Achieve and exceed performance metrics/KPI’s and assigned sales targets.

Experience And Qualifications

Required

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales. Proven track record in short cycle selling.

Ability to close sales. Documented success in outside sales, achieving targeted sales goals.

Result oriented, process driven attitude. Mindset to commit to following a system.

Ability to commit at least 30-35 hours minimum per week.

Ability to use CRM platforms and associated technology enablers for sales processes.

Eagerness to learn and grow. Ability to leverage mentorship/ coaching.

Go-getter enthusiastic approach with an ability to multi-task and take ownership.

Excellent oral and written business communication skills. Strong email and phone etiquette.

Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable and highly capable in dealing with people.
