Snowflake is actively seeking a Customer Solution Manager to join a new, high impact organization at Snowflake - the Solution Innovation Team. In this role you will be responsible for executing strategic customer engagements, to showcase / evangelize the art of the possible on Snowflake, and guide customers in ideating, scoping, and defining solutions to their most complex business problems. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:

  • Deliver a series of strategic customer engagements - executive meetings, design thinking workshops, business process / technical design workshops, and co-innovation projects to solve customers’ business problems / technical challenges.
  • Lead customer co-innovation projects and collaborate closely with the broader Solution Innovation team to build and deliver solutions for customers, and assist with the packaging and design of solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders globally across sales, solution marketing, product management, sales engineering, partners, and professional services to ensure the customer has all the resources needed to drive their success in each engagement and project.
  • Play a central role in shaping the team’s processes, creating and maintaining reusable assets for use in subsequent customer engagements and projects.
  • Be a global thought leader within Snowflake and demonstrate best practices in Customer Engagements for field teams globally to leverage and/or emulate in-region
  • Partner closely with product management & product marketing on product roadmap and launch events, participate in marquee events throughout the year.

  • Bring clear strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of sales, services, and operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation that could drive value for Snowflake's customers, partnering with product, industry leads, sales, marketing, and professional services to take Industry Solutions & Technical Innovations to market - ie. industry accelerators, open source code, best practices, thought leadership.
  • Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Professional Services, Sales Operations, Engineering, Product, Marketing to drive strategic initiatives for Snowflake and Solution Innovation.

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: 

  • 7+ years of industry experience in Sales Engineering / Presales Leadership, or leading Professional Services teams / engagements
  • Proven track record of solution selling experience, successfully winning complex enterprise software sales cycles / services engagements
  • Experience and understanding of Sales Engineering best practices, proven experience in delivering presentations and software demonstrations
  • Direct experience working in the Enterprise SaaS space - AI/ML, Apps, Data Science, Data Warehouse, Cloud, Analytics and/or Business Intelligence experience highly preferred
  • Strong presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in effectively translating complex technical topics to mixed technical and business audiences
  • Experience running in-person and virtual customer workshops, which practice customer-facing skills such as discovery questioning, negotiation, objection handling, presentation, etc.
  • Organized and able to manage and deliver multiple tasks efficiently, effectively and on time in a metrics based organization

About you

Our Quality Assurance & Oversight team is key to implementing new clients, testing claims within their respective lines of business and ensuring all claims are paying out correctly. The Quality Assurance team ensures test cases and scripts are developed on the requirements clients has specified and while designing quality review processes with other departments. Along with them, the Product Quality team leverages these skills and functions by focusing on all Abarca related products and software services by collaborating with Product Teams.           

As our Product Quality Analyst you will partner with the Product Team to ensure that business requirements originating from them are developed accurately and configured into our claims adjudication platform, while the Quality Assurance Analysts and Software Testers support the development and testing. You will execute all business functional testing activities to ensure the quality of each client’s pharmacy benefit design and that all new logic integrates with other plans’ programs. As such, understanding those requirements, designing, and defining testing scenarios, executing them and documenting them will be an important aspect of your role. Due to the hands-on level you will take on in this role, the team will support your developing knowledge of both technical and operational sides of the business as you make recommendations on corrective actions and process improvement for testing and monitoring.

The fundamentals for the job…

  • Optimize testing and monitoring activities to ensure the quality of the systems and processes supporting the company’s operation.
  • Develop into a subject matter expert (SME) on certain lines of business and adjudication logic while stay current with regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, and test cases and scripts based on business functional requirements (independent of Software Test Engineer test plan).
  • Analyze, document, and report on test results to business stakeholders and SDLC teams.
  • Document and track issues identified during testing activities to ensure defect resolution and testing completion.
  • Perform functional testing of the specific adjudication changes being requested, their integration with the specific client rule being tested and related impact to other products. (e.g. member portal, platform visualization).
  • Review executed test results with Scrum team, business users, and requestors to ensure acceptance and approval of the results.
  • Log all documentation of test plan execution and results in a centralized area available for all SDLC teams.
  • Contribute to the business requirement gathering process by identifying missing requirements based on test-cases development and testing experience.
  • Collaborate in the development of new ideas and requirements to resolve testing and system’s issues, and improve current systems based on testing results. Collaborate with the Software Test Engineering team to develop and improve testing strategies, techniques, procedures, and tools.
  • Participate in product grooming and refinement meetings to gather understanding of new system functionalities and requirements that will require testing and monitoring.
  • Team up to support users during issue-solving activities, and day-to-day system operation.

What we expect of you

The bold requirements…

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field. (In lieu of a degree, equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.)
  • 3+ years experience with program testing (claims processing testing), quality assurance practices and tools.
  • Experience in pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) setting.

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners, extrapolating viability within a range of constraints coming from business partners, data, marketing, finance, and legal to deliver solutions that bring value with measured results
  • Establish shared product vision and roadmap, conduct competitive analysis, create effective product briefs, build alignment across product lines and functions, define success metrics
  • Scope MVPs and work with engineers to estimate feature delivery timelines, define milestones, and allocate resources accordingly
  • Coordinate with Product Managers, CX, Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product rollout, communication, and adoption
  • Own delivery for complex initiatives, and communicate progress to various levels of the organization
  • Establish metrics to measure the success of the product and regularly monitor the product’s performance against those metrics
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and from launch to end of life
  • Mentor junior product managers and help them develop their skills

What you bring to the role

  • 5+ years of user focused product management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience leading complex initiatives through the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, balancing big picture approach with day-to-day product direction 
  • Demonstrated experience driving product vision, design discussions, and developing new products & technologies at scale
  • Ability to deliver results in an ambiguous and agile environment
  • Proven ability collaborating with engineers, product designers and internal stakeholders
  • Passion to improve healthcare by building innovative products at scale

Job Description

As a PM, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and implementing monetization strategies for our games, ensuring both engagement and revenue goals are met. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, execute Live Operations, and analyze data to continuously optimize performance.

Your main challenges will include:

  • Define and implement monetization strategies across the game lifecycle to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including Designers, Producers, and Marketing, to align on product strategy and feature roadmaps.
  • Lead Live Operation activities, including event planning, promotions, and updates, to enhance player experience and meet business objectives.
  • Conduct AB testing, research, and data analysis to inform decision-making and improve performance.
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices and key performance indicators (KPIs) for monetization.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Games/Online/Consulting
  • Hands-on experience in business analysis techniques, full proficiency of Excel/PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of theoretical and practical aspects of business analysis
  • Excellent analytical & data modeling skills
  • Upper-Intermediate in English

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field; Master is a plus
