This is a player-coach role.  This role will carry an individual quota and be responsible for reseller partner development and management in a specified territory and will also manage a small Partner Development team. 

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

 

  • Build and lead a North America reseller sales organization

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Previous experience in a partnership role at a vendor with demonstrated leadership experience
  • Hard working, self-driven and highly motivated individual with great team spirit
  • 15+ years experience building and managing value added partnerships in North America with strong existing partner relationships
  • Motivated by driving indirect/influence revenue with a record of quota over-achievement
  • Ability to listen, make recommendations and influence partner executives.

The Partner Account Manager (PAM) is an inside partner account manager role focused on working with small managed services partners who have relationships and sell to small businesses in an assigned territory. This role has the primary goal of sales growth through pipeline generation with partners. The role involves small partner recruitment, enablement, and on-going partner management from an inside motion.  The role will facilitate partners co-selling into end-customer organizations with MSPs and will be a primary contact for territory partners.

 

The PAM will be responsible for pulling resources from a shared pool of resources, including vertical specialists, partner systems engineers and partner marketing, to help drive sales for their partners.  This individual must excel at influencing and coordinating with cross functional teams to meet and exceed sales targets. The role will hold a unique sales quota, so experience selling to customers from an inside sales motion would be helpful. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Own a Managed Service Provider sales territory and unique quota and drive sales through MSP partners within that territory.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective partners, managing day-to-day and strategic efforts with the partners.
  • Develop partner’s capabilities to facilitate the sell through of Egnyte solutions through managed service partners.
  • Establish productive, trust-based relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of Egnyte’s personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Drive joint pipeline generation with and for key partners tomeetingpipeline and revenue goals for the territory.

The Partner Development Manager is an experienced channel sales professional responsible for implementing and building and growing indirect and influence sales in their designated region, with the primary goal of sales acceleration through pipeline generation with partners. The PDM will build credibility and trust to drive partner wallet-share in Egnyte. The role involves execution of all aspects of channel management including partner recruitment, enablement, strategic partner planning, on-going partner management, and co-selling into end-customer organizations with resellers and/or influence partners. The PDM will be a primary contact for territory channel partners and will be responsible for managing the overall corporate relationship with those partners.

 

The PDM will also need to build trust,credibilityand relevance with reseller and Egnyte sales teams. Therefore, experience in customer sales to coach partners in selling Egnyte technology would be helpful. By extension, driving strategic alignment between our Egnyte direct sales teams and will be a critical success factor. This will require working with Egnyte Sales Managers to develop and evangelize the regional channel plan that accelerates the regions overall sales performance.

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as overall quarterback for the reseller business within the region – driving a comprehensive territory plan that identifies go-to partnerswithin each territory covering all Egnyte technology specializations, engaging Egnyte specialists as needed to build partnercompetency.
  • Create a strong partner eco-system in your territory by identifying and onboarding newpartners.
  • Develop and grow new and existing Egnyte channel partners to increase pipeline and revenuecontribution.
  • Develop, drive, and execute strategic partner sales plans with partnerleadership.
  • Build strong relationships across key partner stakeholders to strengthen the partnership.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing campaigns working closely with Partner Marketing to drive incrementalrevenue.
  • Present Egnyte solutions at partner events
  • Work cross-functionally within Egnyte key stakeholders and build a “one-team” attitude with all extendedstakeholders.
  • Build capacity, capability, and collaboration within a portfolio of Partners to achieve loyalty andtransformation.
  • Work with extended team to provide multipletouchpointsin partner organizations to scale resources.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a partnership role at avendor
  • Hard working, self-driven and highly motivated individual with great team spirit
  • 10+years experiencebuilding and managing value added partnerships in North America with strong existing partner relationships within the definedterritory
  • Motivated by driving indirect/influence revenue with a record of quota over-achievement
  • Ability to listen, make recommendations and influence partner executives.
  • A strategic thinker with effective communication and influence skills, while still being a strong tactical implementer
  • Able to identify and develop newpartners
  • Customer focused and achievement driven.
  • Ability to recruit, manage, and grow partnerships that deliver value added services insecurity
  • Strong team builder and highly functional in working in matrixenvironments
  • Must have experience in a hybrid sales environment of direct and indirectsales
  • Has a metric driven approach and understands what success lookslike
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation and written communicationskills
  • Must have a level of business maturity, flexibility and the ability to adapt and be comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changingenvironment
  • Exceptional relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree required, with advanced degrees desired
  • Desire to travel is required (approximately 50%)

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $94,500k - $168,000k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
  • Commission $135k-$240k OTE

As Manager of Media and Entertainment you will be a key player in driving the growth effort. As a founding member of the media and entertainment team, you will help define, build, and execute our strategy to expand Egnyte’s customer base in the industry and drive rapid growth. 

 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

       Help develop and drive Egnyte’s media and entertainment strategy definition and execution

       Work cross-functionally with all parts of Egnyte’s media and entertainment organization to drive initiatives and grow the business

       Capture the voice of the customer and collaborate with Egnyte’s marketing team to highlight winning use cases. Collaborate with Egnyte’s Product team on new product features and directions.

       Leverage an in depth understanding of industry workflows, complementary software solutions and trends to improve Egnyte’s position and market offering

       Support key sales cycles as a subject matter expert

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

 

       Go to market expertise: 5+ years participating in sales,strategyor marketing within organizations in the media and entertainment industry or in consulting roles serving the industry.

       Domain expertise: meaningful experience working with or for SaaS vendors serving the media and entertainment industry.

       Intrapreneurial: Have a desire to build new initiatives inside a larger, high-growth organization

       Entrepreneurial: Highly productive self-starter with the passion and motivation to grow the media and entertainment business

       Problem solver: Can identify and solve difficult problems creatively

       Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

       Analytical: Can analyze large volumes of data to extract and refine the underlying trends and to use such knowledge to drive strategy decisions within the organization

       Collaboration: Team player effective at working with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and functional experts, including sales, marketing, product, and operations

      Influence: Ability to build trusted advisor partner relationships through effective consultation, strategic input, advice, domain expertise, and best practices
