Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services leadership roles, preferably in the cloud computing or IT infrastructure space. 
  • Deep expertise in hybrid cloud architectures, Kubernetes, containerization, virtualization, and bare metal infrastructure management.

About the Role:

This role is crucial for maintaining vulnerability intelligence data. We collect data from various sources in different formats and process collected data turning data into usable information.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining parsers and processors for various data formats and sources, storing processed data in data stores (mysql and others). We mainly use Java for backend development with a few other technologies for smaller tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a background in designing and deploying highly efficient and reliable backend systems. 

This is a one year contract position. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data collectors:Develop data collectors for various data sources such as git repositories, third party APIs. 
  • Develop and maintain data processors:Develop data parsers and processors for structured and unstructured data.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring tools:Develop and maintain monitoring tools and alerts to detect changes in data sources and formats.

Required Qualifications:

You Will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to a targeted, high touch portfolio of 2-3 companies by listening to your customers, understanding their business objectives, pain points and revenue goals. Provide guidance and solutions to help them achieve results through Invoca.
  • Provide support throughout their lifecycle, ensuring customer and Invoca achievements are met through adoption, growth and renewal plans.
  • Translate the strategic needs of the customer to actional program initiatives and execute on those such as conducting regular milestone check-in calls.   • Monitor and influence product usage, customer engagement and satisfaction feedback.
  • Coordinate the involvement of other Invoca personnel including executive leadership, sales, support, services, marketing and product development to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Drive new business growth through customer advocacy and reference-able initiatives.
  • Understand how to translate business requirements into technical solutions to enable business architects to build effective solutions

You Have:

  • 10-15 years' experience in Customer Success Management in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software 
  • 3-5 years' experience creating or optimizing campaigns with marketing and advertising technology such as Google Ads, Bid Management or programmatic media platforms - or with one of our competitors
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred
  • Ability to build strong rapport and establish trust with Executive level customer contacts as well as establish and maintain credibility through a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrable experience indefining and implementing a strategic roadmap with and for customers to maximize the business impact of their investment in B2B SaaS. Deep experience in techniques to foster product adoption at scale for a diverse user base with conflicting needs and priorities. 
  • Proven track record of demonstrated ability to on-board, support, and excite customers to deliver high customer satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty
  • Experience with Revenue Execution technologies such as Invoca other Call Tracking solutions, LivePerson, Sprinklr (or similar) required

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ 82,910.00 USD MIN – 90,000.00 MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

About this role 

The Medical Coding Bundles Specialist reports to theCare Experience Lead, Surgery Careand is responsible for defining, creating and managing episode bundles and supporting other coding and value- based payment strategies. The Value-Based Medical Coding Specialist should be passionate about the mission, vision, and value statements of Transcarent and be excited to learn about the cross-functional importance of coding to further our work! 

What you’ll do 

You will be responsible for defining, creating, standardizing and managing episode bundles for our Care Experiences which include orthopedics, spine, cardiac, bariatrics, cancer, gynecology vascular, gastroenterology, neurology, substance use disorder, inpatient psych, outpatient specialties and more.  You will collaborate with clinical and cross-functional teams to advance our existing episode bundles and to create new ones.  You will also collaborate with third party partners including health systems, providers and a TPA to facilitate management of the bundles and other value-based payment strategies.  You will also work with data analytics on strategies to identify complications, shared savings, and other opportunities in claims data.   

  • Act a point of contact for any internal Medical coding needs to support member cases and provider contracting 
  • Review and audit provider pricing benchmarks and claims 
  • Support day-to-day clinical operations and case management teams with custom pricing benchmarks leveraging existing data, tools, and processes. 
  • Define, create, refine, standardize and manage a portfolio of episode bundles across a variety of clinical areas and specialties 
  • Define coding requirements for individual, outlier episodes of care 
  • Function as the medical coding SME related to value-based payment strategies and claims data analytics 

What we’re looking for 

  • Must hold active medical coding certification – CPC, CCS, CMC or equivalent 
  • A minimum of 5 years related work experience in medical coding  
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in working with episodic bundles  
  • Deep understanding of CPT, HCPCs, DRGs, ICD-10 
  • Experience in billing and claims auditing, as well as, working with providers and carriers/TPAs 
  • Extensive experience with commercial claims and Medicare claims payment (Surgery and Oncology preferred) 
  • Interest in value-based payment models and experience preferred 
  • Experience relating to Commercial claims data analytics preferred 
  • Project management experience preferred 
  • Ability to be flexible and embrace change while remaining highly organized 
  • Excellent attention to detail and a self-starter
