      Responsibilities: 

      • Utilize Rhapsody integration engine to design, develop, and deploy EDI solutions for healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and medical laboratories. 
      • Implement HL7 interfaces for exchanging healthcare data, including admission/discharge/transfer (ADT), orders and results (ORU, ORM), clinical documents (CCD, CDA), and medical imaging (DICOM).

      • Develop and maintain HL7 message schemas, mappings, and transformations within the Rhapsody environment.

      Qualifications

      What you’ll do:

      • Help establish standards for development teams and collaborate on initiatives with infrastructure, platform, and other software engineering teams
      • Assist fellow teammates by conducting code reviews and pairing
      • Leverage our tech stack: Primarily Ruby/Rails/Node.js/React/Postgres hosted on AWS and increasingly using Kubernetes and languages such as Java and Typescript, CircleCI for Continuous Integration, and a combination of ArgoCD and an in-house tool for CD.
      • Drive critical projects, we’re scaling and need engineers who are ready to take on the challenge of working on live, core systems with millions of users

      What we're looking for:

      • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
      • Full-stack professional experience with React/Javascript or Typescript, Ruby/Ruby on Rails
      • 5+ years experience in software engineering fundamentals, Test Driven Development and Design principles (Ruby on Rails, React, Javascript, Typescript, Node.js)
      • Understanding the tradeoffs between short-term and long-term goals and balancing immediate needs with strategic initiatives
      • Experience in working with software, platforms, and infrastructure at scale (we run thousands of hosts and have millions of users)
      • Experience in building modern Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery systems at scale

      • Manage and review FDII, BEAT, and GILTI inclusions, and similar calculations for tax compliance, annual/quarterly provision, and strategic planning purposes.

      • Manage the BEPS Pillar II and country-by-country readiness, implementation, and reporting process.

      • Manage external tax service providers efficiently to meet compliance obligations, optimizing balance between internal and external resourcing.

      • Assist with the development and implementation of tax planning strategies that align with business objectives through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

      • Keep current on developments in global tax that may affect our business, including monitoring and analyzing tax legislation.

      • Engage and assist in special projects, including establishment of new legal entities, and other corporate initiatives, as needed.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • As a Customer Success Advisor (CSA), you are a critical part of the Customer Success Organization reporting to the Director of Customer Success.       • Develop cross-functional knowledge that spans IT Security, IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Application Portfolio Management practices. Your ability to partner with all teams within Illumio (like Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Engineering, Office of the CTO, ) to drive a strategic roadmap for your customers will be vital to your success. 

      • Customer Adoption - inspect customer adoption issues and run specific plans to increase adoption health where required to ensure that all customers are wildly successful with Illumio's platform.

      • Renewals - tie adoption health to renewal and ensure that value is being delivered. You will be expected to forecast your upcoming renewals whilst managing the process from start to finish.

      • Expansion - partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and ensure we realize the expansion sales potential within your portfolio.

      • Establish “trusted advisor” relationships with the executive stakeholders and technical teams on the customer side while working seamlessly with our account team to extend Illumio’s reputation and position as a vendor.
