About the team

The Product Design team is a crucial organization in the pursuit of delivering high-quality tools that help local businesses grow their customer base. About the role

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to build and ship creative solutions and experiences to customers running small businesses all over the world. You’ll design workflows, interactions, prototypes, and visuals that are thoughtful and practical, leading to a direct impact on Podium, our customers, and their businesses.

What you will do

  • Lead the design of end-to-end features for various product areas leading to business impact for Podium and our customers. This includes working across many of our product areas such as automations and integrations, leads and reviews, mobile, messaging, and more.
  • Develop, maintain, evolve, and design within style standards (spanning desktop and mobile), with an eye towards efficiency and a consistent user experience.
  • Conduct user research to understand our customers and their needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Engineering partners representing design at Podium, providing and seeking feedback, and participating in feature prioritization and planning.
  • Seek out feedback from peers and customers and apply what you learn to elevate your design solutions.
  • Participate in recruiting and interviewing of design candidates to help build a high-functioning Product Design team.

About you

  • You have an excellent portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in typography, interaction design, and visual design.
  • You have case studies that demonstrate your ability to design solutions across mobile, web, and desktop applications that meet user needs, product requirements, and drive business impact.
  • You have experience in product design organizations and working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to develop strategy and rationale for new features and product directions.
  • You're an excellent facilitator and are comfortable leading teams through ideation, research, and the natural ambiguity that occurs when defining new features.
  • You have excellent written and verbal skills. You clearly explain design decisions and rationale grounded in design and usability principles, even to team members who don't share your background.
  • You have a solid design process, but also know how to balance process against impact including understanding of technical constraints and effectively balance quality and speed.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Phone Porting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing the phone number porting process from end-to-end, ensuring a smooth transition for our customers. This role involves direct communication with customers, 3rd party vendors, and internal teams to facilitate porting requests, resolve any issues, and maintain accurate porting data.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Email Communications: Handle all email communications with 3rd party vendors regarding port initiation, rejections, and completion. Ensure all correspondence is clear, professional, and timely.
  • Process New Ports: Process all porting requests for new or existing customers, ensuring all submissions are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Data Validation and Entry: Perform necessary data validation and entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is correct and up-to-date.
  • Maintain Porting Data: Keep track of all porting activities on Podium customers, updating the Salesforce dashboard or individual cases as required.
  • Test Ports: Conduct thorough testing of all ports when they go live, including both voice and SMS functionalities, to ensure everything is working perfectly.
  • Handle Escalations: Manage escalations when ports go live, running basic checks, communicating with 3rd party vendors about potential issues, and collaborating with the Engineering team to resolve any problems.
  • Order hardware: Work with third party vendors to place orders for new hardware daily. 

General terms of successful contract fulfillment will be based on:

  • Number of ports initiated
  • Number of successful ports
  • Average time to port within a specific time frame

What experience you should have:

  • MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY
  • Proven experience in telephony or a similar field.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge of telecommunications networks and systems.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.

  • You will deliver a “human-first” experience and resolutions for customers through voice and written interactions across chat, email, phone, and Podium tools in a timely and accurate manner.
  • You will become an expert in Podium products, both at a technical and customer use-case level.
  • You will not stop at a simple resolution, but will look for opportunities to help customers maximize their value from Podium, looking for new ways to work smarter and delight customers!
  • You will work with Podium to increase organizational efficiencies, share feedback,  and  help others work smarter while driving customer value higher.
  • You will collaborate with certain Podium departments (Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, Retention, etc.) to increase customer engagement and contribute to retaining customers long term! 

General terms of contract fulfillment:

  • Ticket Resolution + Case Volume

What experience you should have:

  • MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY
  • Must be geographically based in Bogotá, Colombia
  • 2-3 years of providing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer support to businesses with examples where you’ve influenced customers for the better
  • Demonstrated background of providing support for multiple online software or SaaS products and/or IT experience
  • Experience building best practices geared towards support quality and efficiencies, potentially from having served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or in other roles
  • The ability to balance working independently and through ambiguity while contributing to improving customer satisfaction
  • Multiple examples of prioritizing for highest impact/value work amongst competing priorities or demands
  • You are familiar with basic web technologies (ex: HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript)
  • You are familiar with navigating and working with multiple support systems (ex: Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Intercom, Salesforce, Twilio etc)

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in optimizing our marketing system strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and quarterbacking key growth initiatives for the marketing team.

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of our marketing initiatives. First, you will set up, run, and optimize our marketing automation platform to create a scalable marketing system infrastructure. Second, you will work closely with the SVP of Marketing to quarterback key cross-functional initiatives and conduct ad hoc strategic analysis that enables the marketing team to successfully meet objectives.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with marketing team members to identify pain points and alleviate with streamlined processes and tool automation
  • Own technical support and day-to-day operations for various types of marketing campaigns, creating automated processes and implementing improvements where necessary
  • Coordinate essential marketing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional partners to define scope, oversee deliverables, allocate necessary resources, and develop project plans
  • Ensure the marketing team is enabled to measure and analyze their campaigns through self-serve reporting mechanisms
  • Be a MAP/marketing technology SME who provides training, resources, and reusable, standardized program templates for the marketing team
  • Work closely with other GTM ops, data science, and business applications teams to assist in executing cross-functional, strategic system projects

What you should have:

  • A sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement strategic programs from ideation to launch
  • A data-driven mindset and ability to excel at connecting the dots and solving complex problems
  • 3-5 years of hands-on Marketo (or related platforms) experience
  • Experience working in Salesforce (or related platforms) and a solid knowledge of the sync between the CRM and MAP
  • Understanding of a B2B SaaS marketing function, funnel, and digital marketing strategies & tactics
  • Comfort with data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, light SQL a plus.)
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues
  • Love for process design and optimization
  • Curiosity for how things work and high attentiveness to detail
  • Technical skills and familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Zapier)
