About This Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director, Market Access and Payer Relations who will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure and optimize reimbursement for iRhythm Technologies portfolio of products. This role will work closely with Payers, health system leadership, and internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure the financial viability of our cutting-edge healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payer Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Payer reimbursement strategy that aligns with iRhythm’s business objectives in your defined geographical target area.

  • Compliance: Ensure that all Payer reimbursement activities comply with relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in healthcare Payer reimbursement, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role focused on health systems.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, Payer policies, and revenue cycle management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to secure favorable reimbursement

Skills / Requirements:

About This Role

The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for being a part of a high-volume inbound Contact Center in which the Advocate verifies and investigates patient insurance, estimates benefit coverage and out of pocket costs, and discusses patient responsibilities and/or patient payment options. The typical daily responsibilities consist of the following: answering inbound calls and providing benefits investigations via phone and online web portals, collecting information from customers, outbound patient phone calls, and documenting all activities in iRhythm’s customer support system. About This Role

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key part of the iRhythm FP&A team with exposure to executive leaders.  This self-starting, highly communicative individual will collaborate across numerous areas of the business including, but not limited to, product management, R&D and other corporate functions.  The SFA will be responsible for financial reporting, variance analysis, short and long-range planning, business modeling, and driving continuous improvement to team workflow through report automation.  He or she will possess a keen attention to detail balanced with curiosity for the big picture.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

Specific job responsibilities include:

About This Role

The payer maintenance coordinator acts as the liaison between multiple department and vendor partners and Revenue cycle to ensure contract information is loaded accurately into the system, payer mappings, and ensure that revenue is appropriately cognized.  While utilizing critical thinking skills, the payer maintenance coordinator will work with internal and external stakeholders to clarify contract/rate information, build/maintain current payer changes, confirm payer routing/jurisdictions, monitor and update EHR integrated payer maps, and serves as the intermediary or EHR payer issues.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Update contract status, rates, UM criteria, contract criteria within all relevant systems
  • Complete payer maintenance processes to ensure the proper updates within internal systems and external partners
  • Collaborate with Quality and Audit teams on SOX controls and ensure all steps are completed in a timely fashion and meet audit standards
  • Review insurance contracts and communicate the impact they have on revenue recognition.
  • Participate in open dialogue with Finance and Accounting teams regarding changes in rates, contractual allowance or payment integrity, and payer contracts review quarterly and year over year differences
  • Research payer requirements for utilization in order to update the payer page
  • Will work with internal and external stakeholders to obtain clarity and ensure accurate data is entered

About This Role

The role of the Executive Compensation Analyst is to assist in the design, development, and implementation of competitive executive compensation programs. Key Responsibilities Include:

Commercial Training Administration:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set agendas and ensure all necessary resources are available for productive meetings.
  • Host debriefs, track action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.

Budget Support:

  • Assist in the development and management of the commercial enablement budget.
  • Track expenses, process invoices, and ensure budget compliance.
  • Collaborate with finance to provide regular budget reports and forecasts.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for commercial enablement queries and information.
  • Foster collaboration between different teams involved in enablement initiatives.
  • Communicate updates, changes, and important information to relevant stakeholders.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain project management review process for all Commercial Enablement initiatives.

About This Role

The Commercial Market Development Director will be responsible for educating and aligning with the above groups as well as driving utilization and adoption of Zio through an enterprise partnership.  The Commercial Market Development Director for our Central US area will be geographically focused on the strategic groups and will report directly to the VP of Commercial Market Development.

Additionally, there are an additional 15m undiagnosed, asymptomatic patients who have arrythmias.  They will also be responsible for engaging these Innovative PCP groups in strategies around prevention and screening through Know Your Rhythm.  The combination of expansion of TAM, focus on prevention and screening, and selling KYR (based on risk factors) will greatly enhance the strategic roadmap of iRhythm and seed these critical adjacent markets like silent AF, sleep, and PCP adoption.

Key Accountabilities

  • Complete ownership of the sales process with 8-10 large groups
  • Enterprise and standardized approach to each group through education and technology validations
  • Shepherd each group through a phased adoption process – activation, education, implementation, standardization, optimization
  • Direct and deploy a “core team” to support customer success (CX, KAM, EHR)
  • Ongoing market development and patient activation programs
  • KYR expert who presents prevention and screening to top Innovative PCP groups

Desired Experience

The ideal candidate will be a director level senior leader with deep experience in Executive selling, healthcare economics and business models, value-based care, market development, business development, commercial strategy.

The successful candidate must possess a motivational and collaborative leadership style with a track-record for building cross-functional partnerships. The successful candidate must have solid business and commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and make sound business recommendations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own forecast and budget process for multiple functional areas to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Closely collaborate with cost accounting and operations finance to transform and accelerate forecasting process for cost of revenues. Insert processes to accelerate visibility into month-end close results.
  • Create periodic management reporting of actual results, provide variance analyses, risks and opportunities schedules and educate business leaders on sensitivities surrounding financial levers. Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
