Job Description
- Build and manage loyalty campaign operations for a key client.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Assemble and manage campaign requirements and documentation.
- Optimize campaign build process and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Maintain detailed records of campaign data and performance for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with QA checks of new and active campaigns.
- Assist with troubleshooting of campaign count issues, questions, and research.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or equivalent working experience.
- Data entry experience, with extreme attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced excel skills is required.
- Smartsheet proficiency is desired.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
- Cloud experience (preferably AWS) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights to across teams.
- Ability to show initiative and work independently.

How much experience must I have?
We're looking for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience working in a complex campaign operations environment (or equivalent experience).
