An overview of this role

Our group focuses on providing GitLab’s teams as well as customers with ways to collect product usage insights. To do this, we build data collection and analytics tools within the GitLab product in a privacy-focused manner. Insights generated from Analytics Instrumentation enable us to identify the best places to invest people and resources, what product categories mature faster, where our user experience can be improved, and how product changes impact the business. As our new Fullstack Engineer, you will help us build out our internal as well as external instrumentation libraries and help other teams with instrumenting their features. To expand the scope of GitLab, you will play a key role, along with your fellow team members, to design and develop the new Product Analytics set of features.

We are looking for a Senior Software engineer who is passionate about writing the tools to integrate and support to build large-scale, high-demand software in a fast-paced agile environment. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join LivePerson’s growing product marketing team. Reporting to our Director, Product Marketing, you will help shape marketing strategies that drive the adoption and success of our Conversational Intelligence and its award-winning AI capabilities. The salary range for this role will be between $105,000 to $120,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors, including, but not limited to your location, skills, experience, education, and/or professional certifications. Reports to the Director, Sales Consulting EMEA and focused on supporting our largest and most strategic accounts and new business alongside other Sales Consultants, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Account Managers, and Professional Services staff. You have:

• Product Management or similar experience will also be considered.
• Demonstrated experience selling into or supporting sales cycle for large key accounts  (renewals, upsells, new LOBs, attrition prevention, expansions).
• Able to think creatively in complex situations and provide value in the development of strategic plans for an account, whether for an existing customer or a new logo prospect.
• Preferred, but not required, is experience related to: web, martech, video, mobile app, contact centers, telephony, Conversational Analytics, Conversational AI, and/or Generative AI.
• Strong public speaking skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Understanding of API concepts, UML diagramming and Agile development workflows.
• Understanding of Cloud infrastructure concepts. GCP or AWS certification is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $228,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, long-term incentives, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
