Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Hands on experience with Oscilloscope, Digital multimeter, X-ray machine will be an advantage.
  • Relevant experience with computer hardware, knowledge on storage interface such as PCIe, SATA and SAS will be an advantage.

About this team and role:

Mozilla is looking to fill a Senior Technical Program Management position to support Mozilla’s TPM Shared Infrastructure team. This will require skills to lead medium to large-scale projects. Together, we will drive global multi-functional efforts with geographically dispersed team members and will be responsible for developing and leading efforts, ensuring project work and business objectives are met. To be successful, you will build, track and report on projects in our portfolio. You will lead the completion of achievements by prioritizing actions, documenting risks and mitigations and communicating the status to all interested partners and key customers. More broadly, you will help surprise and delight Mozillians, both internal and external!

What you’ll do:

  • Lead multiple projects, tasks, events, and initiatives concurrently
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the precise execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant partners, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Work with remote employees as effectively as local ones
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in an IT/Operations environment

  • Ability to understand complex concepts and make reasoned decisions with sometimes imperfect data
  • Good communication skills, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Be results and detail-oriented
  • Ability to communicate and interact with leaders within IT and the business
  • Experience with different project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, AUP, etc) and Waterfall
  • Experience working with Infrastructure, IT, Cloud and Security Programs

The Role:

The Business Analytics & Insights is a newly created function that equips Mozilla with data-driven decision-making capabilities, ensuring strategies are grounded in factual insights. This role is open to candidates based in the UK. You must have the right to live and work in the UK. This role will be hired on a hybrid basis, with at least 1 day per week worked from our office in either Milton Park, Oxfordshire (OX14) or 240 Blackfriars, London, and the rest of your time worked remotely from your home office. 

What you’ll be doing:

The Director of FInancial Operations is responsible for devising and implementing the strategic vision for finance systems and associated T&F applications.  The role provides managerial responsiblity for ten individuals based in the UK and Bengaluru covering business analysis, data architecture, visualisation, scenario planning and automation.  This role includes supporting day-to-day operations, as well as, medium and long-term development in support of business needs and strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the Reporting Strategy for Finance to drive business value through a combination of business engagement and an evolution of the toolsets and data landscape used in T&F.
  • Overall line management ownership of the 10 finance professionals including BA, PBI, data architecture, TM1 and Alteryx specialisms.
  • Responsible for the veracity, automation, and quality assurance of monthly financial statements / reporting inventory in line with the required timetable.
  • Define and manage the Reporting Strategy / BI project roadmap through to successful delivery, manage stakeholders, plan, and mobilise resources.
  • Embed an analytical culture within the BI team and work with other functional experts to create and embed a common framework for data treatment and analytical standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in finance operations, leveraging best practices, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
  • Key interface between customers and the system development teams driving forward the reporting landscape across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, including finance, IT, HR, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of finance systems and processes.
  • Manage the relationships with ELT level down to position Finance as a digital driver sitting at the heart of the wider company strategy.
  • Drive Finance through a transformation into a digital first, data led function through implementation of better tools and data handling techniques.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the finance operations team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and diversity.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field. Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  • Significant experience in system delivery roles, including previous experience in a senior management or director role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing technology teams across different geographies and cultures.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in finance systems and processes, including ERP, BI, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to drive change and innovation.
  • Understanding of senior board member roles and responsibilities and how these interact with each other
  • Extensive experience of aetting and managing agile technology projects

· Working closely with central security teams to ensure the product designs meet the required security specifications.

· Ensure that all development work conforms to the agreed NEC quality processes and standards and that software is designed, built and delivered to the highest level.

· Actively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement accordingly in conjunction with appropriate stakeholders.

· Ensure that all software developed conforms to the appropriate technical and design standards including any such standards defined by the NEC Solutions Architects.

· Production and management of the overall software resource and delivery plan.

· Ensure that the software development teams are adequately and efficiently utilised at all times.

· Production of accurate and timely development progress reports as requested.

· Proactively participate in technical risk mitigation and issue resolution as required.

· Advising the Development Director of any deviations from plan, recommending corrective action and helping prepare any appropriate recovery initiatives.

Qualifications

Essential experience & skills:

· Proven experience of successfully managing multiple complex software development teams of 50+ developers through the entire development life cycle - from initial requirements capture through design, development and testing to customer delivery.

· Proven experience of working with formal Agile software development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage distributed teams, including onshore and offshore developers.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Job Overview:

As a Project Manager in our Fintech team, you will oversee the full project management life cycle, including implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives. You will drive the implementation and continuous advocacy of established policies to ensure successful management and reporting. You will collaborate with all cross-functional teams to identify the impacts and interdependencies between projects and/or programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies, researches, and analyzes operational issues under the direction of management
  • Completes projects independently or with appropriate staff as identified by management

  • Functional expertise and fundamental business knowledge to contribute to the strategic direction of the function and supported client group(s)
  • Exemplifies strong knowledge and understanding of instructional design practices and procedures
  • Working knowledge of sales business principles, practices, and procedures
  • Conduct systems implementations, including requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support
  • Provides recommendations and action plans for implementation, monitoring, and control based on results of analysis
  • Works with cross-functional teams in identifying operational issues, implementing adopted recommendations, and monitoring them
  • Participates in and/or leads ad hoc committees as agreed upon
  • Uses protects, and discloses HCP patients' protected health information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
  • Responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations affecting the Company
  • Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance, and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company
  • Performs additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • BS degree or AS degree in computer science, information systems or business, or project management; preferred major/study area.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant technical project management.
  • Experience with retail POS integration and/or payment processing is desired.
  • Knowledge of the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge and practical application of Project management tools, JIRA preferred.
  • Experience performing business analysis and project assessment for large and complex projects.
  • Ability to create business and functional specifications according to business needs.
  • Experienced with structured requirements documentation. Experienced with Business Process improvement concepts
  • Must have effective stakeholder and executive communication experience.
  • Experienced with project artifacts, including project charter, project risk evaluation matrix, project management framework implementation, and project integration activities.
  • Keeps abreast with PMI guidelines, including traditional and agile project management.
  • PMP certified by the Project Management Institute is desired.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, claims processing systems, Lean, process mapping, Business Requirement Document BRD, and current vs. future state development is desired.

Additional Notes:

Your position may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend conferences. Travel is expected to be roughly 10% of the time.

We’re looking for an International Tax Manager to be our in-house international tax lead to support, develop, plan, and scale the Procore tax needs in the international tax arena. A successful candidate should be comfortable with an agile, dynamic, ambiguous environment, able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities with autonomy, and demonstrate high-quality judgment. If you are a quick learner who can think strategically while staying organized, paying attention to details, and diving deep when needed, then this opportunity is for you.

This position will report to our Senior Director of Tax & Treasury and can work remotely from a U.S. location or from one of several physical offices within the U.S. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage and review all required US international tax compliance (i.e. 5471s, 8992s, 926s, etc.)

  • Manage and review Procore’s global transfer pricing strategy and associated documentation

  • Manage and review FDII, BEAT, and GILTI inclusions, and similar calculations for tax compliance, annual/quarterly provision, and strategic planning purposes.

  • Manage the BEPS Pillar II and country-by-country readiness, implementation, and reporting process.

  • Manage external tax service providers efficiently to meet compliance obligations, optimizing balance between internal and external resourcing.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of tax planning strategies that align with business objectives through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Keep current on developments in global tax that may affect our business, including monitoring and analyzing tax legislation.

  • Engage and assist in special projects, including establishment of new legal entities, and other corporate initiatives, as needed.

  • Engage and assist with M&A, including acquisition structuring and integration.

  • Work closely with Treasury, Accounting, and Legal to manage intercompany funding requirements, including leverage planning, cash contributions, and repatriation strategies.

What we’re looking for: 

  • 5+ years experience in International US Corporate Tax

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related Business field

  • CPA, Masters, and/or JD in Tax or Accounting a plus

  • Big 4 and/or public company experience within the technology sector a plus

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Strong relationship skills with the ability to foster a sense of community with internal and external stakeholders

Job Purpose

The Software Engineer will join the software development team in designing and implementing the development of our consumer-facing, high-traffic, e-commerce web platform.  We are looking for front end, back end, and fullstack developers from junior to mid-level.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops software solutions by identifying user and system requirements for anew customer-facing, high-traffic, e-commerce web platform
  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
  • Proposes and enforces best practices for software development lifecycle
  • Proposes coding standards and guidelines for the team to follow and enforce them through code review process
  • Supports and develops software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
  • Collaborates with team to brainstorm and creates new ideas and solutions
  • Designs the new web platform where security is part of the design consideration from the start
  • Ensures that the platform is designed and coded so ongoing deployment, support and maintenance can be streamlined, following the CI/CD process 
  • Performs technical analysis to support the effective and efficient development efforts
  • Writes code for key modules of the platform
  • Designs testing methodology including automated unit testing of the platform modules; able to do some testing if/when needed
  • Communicates on project/task status clearly and effectively with the management team, development team, and project managers
  • Moves fast, bias towards action, follows the cycle of coding, iterating, testing, deploying and optimizing websites
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of programming experience, including REST API, Python, Django, and VueJS experience.
  • Excellent MySQL, Postgresql and ElasticSearch skills with hands-on experience
  • Hands-on experience of designing and architecting high traffic consumer e-commerce websites 
  • Experience with CICD tools, Git, Jira
  • Web application security (OWASP) 
  • Experience working with queuing tools (e.g. RabbitMQ)
  • Experience working with large remote team
  • Hands on experience with agile development process
  • Hands on experience of having worked on a large scale e-commerce platform
  • Hands on experience with AWS web services
  • Experience with CSS, Javascript and HTML
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Broad website/software/application development skills
  • DevOps skills are highly preferred 

Working Conditions

  • This position is remote and must be located in Philippines.
  • This position requires accessibility to Offensive Security systems and interfaces, and adherence to all security protocols and policies.
