What you'll be doing

We are typically organized into agile cross-functional teams composed of Engineering, Product and Design, which allows us to develop deep expertise and rapidly deliver high value features and functionality to our next generation T3 Platform.
 
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Authentication Authorization and Auditing (AAA) team, you will take charge of designing and developing key components of our AAA platform. Collaborating closely with product managers and lead engineers from client application development teams, you will build  platform capabilities aimed at expediting application development using the access control mechanisms crafted by the AAA platform. Your role will encompass active participation in secure application development practices, leveraging core AAA platform capabilities, and promoting highly scalable development practices.

We'll be there to support you as you become familiar with our teams, product domains, tech stack and processes — generally how we all work together.

As a Senior Software Engineer you will 

  • Design, build, and deliver the user provisioning and access management capabilities that empower our teams and customers.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to take ideas from concept to delivery.  Balancing the desire to ship code with the responsibility to get it right.

  • 7+ years of relevant development experience building production grade solutions.
  • 5+ years leading design of reliable and scalable APIs.
  • Practical production knowledge of SaaS products.
  • Proficient with a high order object oriented language. (especially Python - open to Go, Java, Scala, C# etc.)
  • Solid exposure to event driven architectures and high volume data processing.
  • Practical exposure of CI/CD pipelines for your production services.
  • Familiarity with public cloud service platforms.
  • Experience partnering and collaborating with remote teams (across different time zones).
  • Proven track record in learning new technologies and applying that learning quickly.
  • Experience building observability and monitoring into applications.
Some of the things that would be nice to have, but not required:
  • Experience with authentication and/or identity management (Auth0 or Okta).
  • Familiar with containerization and Kubernetes.

CareRev is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer who will be responsible for working closely with our internal engineers, architects, and business partners to develop and deliver best-in-class processes. What You’ll Do: 

As an Integrations Engineer at CareRev, you will be building connection points between CareRev’s production product and our internal business systems. Our production system is written mainly with Ruby backed by PostgreSQL. Our business systems cover a wide range from Salesforce to Iterable and we want our data to quickly move around seamlessly within our ecosystem. Examples of things you might build include the ability to automatically create Cases in Salesforce when certain actions occur in the product.

  • Build and manage integrations between the CareRev product and other applications
  • Contribute to short and long-range plans based on the roadmap
  • Develop automations, Lightning Web Components, and integrations between Salesforce and other SaaS and bespoke applications

The Tech Lead - Payments role is the architect and lead developer for our Point of Sale payments integrations into gateways and payment providers such as Stripe, Global Payments, and other payment processors that MyTime integrates into.  This role is also responsible for integrations into hardware such as credit card terminals and other complex point of sale hardware systems.  The MyTime application is used by millions of consumers and tens of thousands of employees each month to interact and transact with one another in the modern era. Qualifications

 

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years building Single Page Applications; Ruby on Rails is required and knowledge of Angular is a plus

  • Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL

  • Some experience with Memcache and ElasticSearch is preferred

  • Some experience with AWS products (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, ELB) is preferred

About the Addressing team

Cloudflare operates one of the largest and most interconnected anycast networks on the Internet. To make that happen, a complex orchestra of IP address configuration and distributed systems need to be in harmony to deliver packets from users, through our edge network and then onwards to our customers origin servers or networks.

On the Addressing team, you will architect, program, and maintain core software services that enable large corporate networks to be protected by Cloudflare. Recent projects range from IP conservation efforts, supporting use cases for Policy driven IP address assignment, designing traffic engineering tools that improve the quality of service for billions of users around the world, and building customer APIs to control BGP dynamically.

The Addressing team works closely with our system reliability engineers, network engineers  and product engineering teams to build automated systems that span the entire Cloudflare stack.

Your Responsibilities

We are looking for talented Software Engineers to join our small but growing team. You will work on a range of microservices written mainly in Go. You’ll be designing and developing new APIs and data models to manage our rapidly expanding addressing needs.

The ever growing suite of Cloudflare products and services means our addressing tools are always evolving. You will have the opportunity to take on very impactful projects critical for Cloudflare. You will spend time learning the inner workings of our edge routers, servers, DNS and IP provisioning pipelines. You will work closely with other engineers to understand their needs and create scalable platforms to be used across the company.

As a Software Engineer on a small, dedicated team, this role also requires an aptitude for removing complexity from existing architectures, performing frequent code reviews, mentoring fellow engineers, and representing Fubo and its interests with third parties and vendors. 

All Fubo Software Engineers must:

  • Architect, design, develop, test, maintain, and improve software systems
  • Have 4+ years of experience in delivering working software
  • Write clean, well-tested code
  • Be familiar with REST APIs and SQL
  • Have a mastery of at least one modern backend stack, with a willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
  • Have an interest or experience in streaming video, message queues, and/or microservices

Software Engineers on the VOD Acquisition, Encoding & Ops team are expected to have the following:

  • 4+ years of experience delivering production-quality software in a high traffic environment
  • Experience writing and deploying cloud-computed-hosted code (e.g. AWS, Azure)
  • Solid understanding of relational and key-value store databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Redis, cloud SaaS NoSQL/SQL)
  • Comfortable working in multiple coding languages (e.g. Java, Golang, Python)
  • Familiarity with modern code-deployment toolchains (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Spring Framework)

The Challenge to Solve

Provide Slice with up to date data to grow the business and to empower independent pizzeria owners to make the best data driven decisions through insights that ensure future success.

The Role

In the Register product engineering squad you will focus on building and maintaining backend services to integrate with 3rd party services for aggregating orders. You will collaborate with multiple other Engineers on the team and also with Product Managers while focusing on building products based on a roadmap. Python will be the primary programming language you’ll be working with, potentially touching on Ruby or Golang on occasion too.

The Register Engineer team is home to a group of world class engineers and engineering leaders from around the globe. They are a hugely collaborative team and partner daily with engineers from other squads, Product Managers, Designers, and Data Scientists to execute on objectives and implement best practices while delivering for our amazing shop owners! Over time, as a Senior Engineer, you’ll contribute to growing the team by helping to conduct interviews with prospective new joiners!

  • 5+ years experience building commercial software in a modern programming language. Experience in Python is preferred, but Ruby or Golang knowledge with a willingness to learn Python can also be considered
  • Thorough understanding of and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Experience with unit testing, integration testing, end to end testing and functional testing
  • Comfortable in Linux/Unix-like environments, CI/CD pipeline for development and deployments, monitoring applications and AWS
  • Able to clearly express opinions on product design, while respecting the thoughts and opinions of their peers

  • Lead a small team focused on making our applications fast and reliable, and building internal tools to help other engineering teams write and ship code efficiently.

ABOUT YOU ????

  • You are an engineer by trade, with a history of shipping production code and designing distributed systems to work at scale.
  • You have 6+ years of engineering experience, working with some combination of Node.js/TypeScript, React (or similar framework), GraphQL, and PostgreSQL (or similar relational database).

PRI Talent is hiring a Senior Database developeron behalf of our client. This role is a full-time, 1099 contract staff augmentation position working with a company that is a leader in reducing electronic waste and finding value in gently used electronics. As a Senior Database Developer, you will handle the overall development and maintenance of information databases used to run the infrastructure and technology platform. In this role, you'll handle the evolution of data, including designing and streamlining our data operations and supporting our database to ensure peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with development teams to design data management and governance protocols, manage the information lifecycle, design infrastructure, and data integration controls
  • Understanding business strategy and cascades business intelligence needs to the database level
  • Design, configure, implement, and administer all databases for the respective parties involved.
  • Develop and support complex models and logical database designs
  • Find and resolve all issues related to database systems to ensure that systems are online and without service interruption
  • Build and manage the database disaster recovery and backup plan
  • Can create and support stored procedures, views, tables, jobs, triggers etc.
  • Develop new and enhance existing standards, processes and procedures, and guidelines for database environments using industry experiences, best practices research, and business needs
  • Analyze and report the performance of database operations against the key

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven experience in maintenance of SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
  • Proven experience using Transact SQL, Stored Procedure, and UDF
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems
  • Demonstrated experience in turning database and its objects
  • Understanding of database indexes
  • Understanding of database design practices, including database normalization concepts

Education and Experience

  • 7+ Years in IT service
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proficient with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience in designing and implementing database structures
  • Experience with automating DBA tasks
  • Experience with data modeling and schema design
  • Experience with Cloud-based DB solutions is a plus
  • Experience with database Server backup and recovery techniques.

As a Data Engineer, you will be required to interpret business needs and select appropriate technologies and have experience in implementing data governance of shared and/or master sets of data. You will create, maintain, and optimize data pipelines as workloads move from development to production for specific use cases to ensure seamless data flow for the use case. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain artifacts (e.g. schemas, data dictionaries, and transforms related to ETL processes).
  • Integrate data pipelines with AWS cloud services to extract meaningful insights.
  • Manage production data within multiple datasets ensuring fault tolerance and redundancy.
  • Design and develop robust and functional dataflows to support raw data and expected data.
  • Provide Tier 3 technical support for deployed applications and dataflows.
  • Collaborate with the rest of data engineering team to design and launch new features.
  • Coordinate and document dataflows, capabilities, etc.
  • Occasionally (as needed) support to off-hours deployment such as evening or weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of cloud architectures and enabling tools and technologies, such as, AWS Cloud (GovCloud/C2S).
  • Familiar with Amazon Web Managed Services (AWS).
  • Working knowledge with software platforms and services, such as, Docker, Kubernetes, JMS/SQS, SNS, Kafka, AWS Lambda, NiFi, Airflow, or similar.
  • Proficient experience utilizing JavaScript, Elasticsearch, JSON, SQL, XML.
  • Working knowledge with datastores MongoDB/DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, S3, Redshift, JDBC/ODBC, and Redis.
  • Familiar with Linux/Unix server environments.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology.
  • Publishing and/or presenting design reports.
  • Coordinating with other team members to reach project milestones and deadlines.
  • Working knowledge with Collaboration tools, such as, Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity and experience with the Intelligence Community (IC), and the intel cycle.
  • Familiarity and experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
  • Direct Experience with DHS and Intelligence Community (IC) component's data architectures and environments (IC-GovCloud experience preferred).
  • Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
  • Keen interest in learning and using the latest software tools, methods, and technologies to solve real world problem sets vital to national security.
  • Working knowledge with public keys and digital certificates.
  • Experience with DevOps environments.
  • Expertise in various COTS, GOTS, and open-source tools which support development of data integration and visualization applications.
  • Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications.
  • Specialization in Object Oriented Programming languages, scripting, and databases.
