As a Senior Database Developer, you will handle the overall development and maintenance of information databases used to run the infrastructure and technology platform. In this role, you'll handle the evolution of data, including designing and streamlining our data operations and supporting our database to ensure peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with development teams to design data management and governance protocols, manage the information lifecycle, design infrastructure, and data integration controls
  
• Understanding business strategy and cascades business intelligence needs to the database level
  
• Design, configure, implement, and administer all databases for the respective parties involved.
  
• Develop and support complex models and logical database designs
  
• Find and resolve all issues related to database systems to ensure that systems are online and without service interruption
  
• Build and manage the database disaster recovery and backup plan
  
• Can create and support stored procedures, views, tables, jobs, triggers etc.
  
• Develop new and enhance existing standards, processes and procedures, and guidelines for database environments using industry experiences, best practices research, and business needs
  
• Analyze and report the performance of database operations against the key

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven experience in maintenance of SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
  
• Proven experience using Transact SQL, Stored Procedure, and UDF
  
• Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems
  
• Demonstrated experience in turning database and its objects
  
• Understanding of database indexes
  
• Understanding of database design practices, including database normalization concepts

Education and Experience

• 7+ Years in IT service
  
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
  
• Proficient with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
  
• Experience in designing and implementing database structures
  
• Experience with automating DBA tasks
  
• Experience with data modeling and schema design
  
• Experience with Cloud-based DB solutions is a plus
  
• Experience with database Server backup and recovery techniques.

As a Senior Salesforce Engineer, you will join our growing Salesforce team. The Senior Salesforce System Engineer will develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions for multiple Salesforce ServiceCloud and Marketing Cloud projects. Successful candidates must be resourceful, detail-oriented, and self-directed, with a passion for understanding business needs and implementing technical solutions in a way that fulfills those needs. The candidate will also have the responsibility for the overall health of the system, including the formulation and recommendation of operational, upgrade, and general management policies and standards for the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals using both configuration and development
  
• Own the end-to-end Salesforce release management process and be the point of contact for all release management queries, issues, and processes
• Provide ongoing business support to the users of ServiceCloud and Marketing Cloud
• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements
• Communicate with project managers, product owners, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully
• Interact directly with clients, managers, and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications, and interactions with internal Salesforce instances
• Provide system administration support for internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow
• Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance

Education and Experience

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years experience working on the Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and development of REST APIs
• Understanding of both how to enhance the platform using configuration and code (Apex and Lightning Components)
• Proven experience in migrating from Visual-force to Lightning
• Salesforce Platform Developer II, Architect and Administrator certifications preferred, Salesforce Architecture path certifications a plus
• Application Development work in an Agile environment preferred
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes
• Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
• Solid application design, coding, testing, maintenance, and debugging skills in Salesforce ServiceCloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms
• Strong experience with Salesforce and hands-on Apex programming language
• Solid understanding of building Salesforce Lightning UI, LWC
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning Connect to call external API
• Good understanding of OAUTH2, caching, future calls, Outlook integration, open CTI, and Salesforce features
• Ability to develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
• Ability to interpret system/business requirements and prepare specification and design document
• Familiar with modern technology and architecture (cloud, virtualization, object stores, etc.), as well as with SDLC tools and agile development methodology
• Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
• Extensive Software Engineering work experience in an Agile/SDLC environment and solid software design, coding, testing, maintenance, and debugging skills in the Salesforce Marketing and ServiceCloud platform
• Strong experience with Salesforce and hands-on experience with the Apex programming language, building Salesforce Lightning UI, Salesforce Lightning Connect to call external API, and development of REST APIs
• Understanding of the sales process to better align changes to the CRM platform
