Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Software Engineer, with at least 5 years of experience in frontend development.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or lead engineering role, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring teams.
  • Expertise in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles, performance optimization techniques, and security best practices.

What you'll do: 

  • Plan, launch, and maintain sponsored testing and data product programs

    Qualifications

    Profils recherchés pour rejoindre l’équipe :

    • DevOps, Ex Dev, Ex Ops, que vous veniez du développement ou de l’administration système, vous êtes passionné par l’automatisation et l’amélioration continue,

    • Vous avez des compétences en Scripting et/ou en Développement,

    • Vous avez déjà une première expérience sur de la mise en place d’outils de l’écosystème DevOps - CI/CD si possible en production et vous souhaitez aller plus loin sur ces sujets,

    • Vous effectuez de l’automatisation d’intégration applicative ou technique,

    • Et vous êtes convaincu par la culture DevOps bien sûr !

    Les petit plus  : 

    • Une expérience en implémentation de plateformes de CI/CD avec des composants “Enterprise” (GitLab / GitHub en version “Enterprise”, Ansible Tower, etc…)

    • Des connaissances et de la pratique en conteneurisation et sur un Cloud provider !

    Description du poste

    TES PROCHAINS DÉFIS :

    • Contribuer à la réalisation de différents processus de sélection de système;  
    • Réaliser les livrables des phases de projets : Identification des besoins, Analyse des processus, rédaction des requis fonctionnels et non fonctionnels; 
    • Contribuer aux activités de priorisation de la planification stratégique;  
    • Appuyer le directeur du département dans la rédaction et priorisation des demandes;  
    • Assurer que les exigences sont comprises et utilisable par les équipes de développement;   
    • Identifier des risques et des enjeux, contribuer à définir des plans de mitigation et à la résolution de ceux-ci;   
    • Faire évoluer la pratique d’analyste d’affaires au sein du département d’optimisations des solutions technologiques;  
    • Gérer des parties prenantes;  
    • Participé à l’élaboration de budget pour le département; 
    • Participé à la documentation et formation des livrables;  
    • Mettre en place une gouvernance de la documentation des interfaces système.  

    Qualifications

    L’EXPERTISE RECHERCHÉE POUR NOUS AMENER PLUS LOIN :

    • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans le domaine des technologies de l'information. 
    • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité démontrée à travailler en équipe. 
    • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit. 
    • Expérience pratique avec les outils suivants : Jira, Confluence, Miro, Teams, Outlook, Excel 
    • Connaissance des plateformes Saas suivante est un atout :  
    • NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CLM, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, UKG, DocuSign CLM. 
    • Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies de travail Agile, notamment Scrum et Kanban. 
    • Capacité démontrée à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à s'adapter rapidement aux changements.
