What You’ll Do:

​​As the Senior Manager, Renewal Operations, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and scaling our renewal processes and operations to support our ambitious growth targets.   • Build and maintain Renewal KPIs and dashboards to monitor sales performance and track progress towards targets. Conduct data-driven analysis to identify renewal performance trends, opportunities, challenges and use the insights to optimize processes and propose actionable recommendations.

  • Proven track record of success in operations roles within high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
  • Intermediate to Advanced experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ, Advanced Excel.

Job Summary

Rubrik’s Global Partner Organization is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operational strategy, process design and go-to-market execution for our managed services business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies across our current systems and processes, from ideation all the way through to execution across various x-functional teams. You will also own the GTM Strategy and execution for our managed services business, interfacing often with various leaders at Rubrik to evangelize and enhance our GTM. 

This role demands someone with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and GTM execution within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We are also looking for someone who can take ownership and drive initiatives from ideation all the way to implementation. Your efforts will directly influence Rubrik’s market positioning and success in managed services.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess the performance of the managed services business
  • Develop metrics to track the performance of individual managed service providers in the channel and create a framework for leading indicators around health
  • Develop and evangelize a GTM Strategy and Plan for the managed services route to market, and galvanize action around it across the business
  • Support the onboarding of new managed service providers in alignment with your developed GTM Strategy and ensure their smooth integration into our systems 
  • Lead highly x-functional initiatives to identify key gaps in our managed services processes and systems, and work to resolve them across respective teams
  • Drive large scale enablement across various functions to educate teams on the managed services process and GTM motion
  • Manage month-end close and UAT activities associated with the managed services business 

Experience you’ll need

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university.
  • Ideally, you will have 5-7 years of experience in a strategy and operations, channel operations or sales operations function within a similar industry
  • Ideally, you will have robust analytical experience and familiarity with SQL Tableau, and Salesforce.com
  • Ideally, you will have experience owning and driving large cross-functional GTM initiatives in a large enterprise environment

Preferred Skills

  • Ability to develop relationships, drive consensus, and achieve results from cross-functional stakeholders and leaders
  • Ability to think strategically about a business and develop a GTM playbook in line with our overall objectives as an organization

About the role:

The Senior IT Product Manager (Procure-to-Pay P2P) will own the P2P track from an IT perspective and ensure the needs of the stakeholders (Procurement, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and others) around the P2P process and systems are taken care of. Rubrik has a fast-paced agile environment and the candidate will be involved from inception to delivery. 

The ideal candidate is able to drive multiple initiatives with the P2P track of various sizes and complexities from initiation to completion. The candidate will look for ways to ensure various systems within the P2P are functioning as expected. The candidate seeks to understand cross functional dependencies and drives collaboration to resolve them.

What you'll do:

  • Closely work with the various business stakeholders on a day-day basis in the P2P track and understand the business needs 
  • Effectively document the business requirements and communicate with onsite / offshore IT team to drive results
  • Manage the impact of P2P activities on finance systems, including ERP and accounting systems on Netsuite and Coupa
  • Quickly adapt to new technologies, think innovatively to find creative solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end program management from proposal through solution delivery, business adoption and post implementation support using agile / sprint framework

Experience you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or Engineering with 6+ years of experience in business systems and analytics
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in P2P operations with strong process knowledge on P2P
  • 3+ years of extensive experience in Coupa Administration & Support. Coupa implementation experience will be a plus
  • Hands-on Experience in leading SaaS / Cloud solutions such as NetSuite, Coupa, Expensify / Chrome River, etc
  • Strong blend of business sense and process knowledge: You evaluate things holistically and think through the objectives, impacts, best practices, and what will be simple and scalable

Key Qualification: 

  • 4+ years of experience on MuleSoft (Development)

Good understanding of APIs, REST, and SOAP 

  • Good file concepts (JSON, XML, CSV) 
  • Good withMuleSoft Platform APIs
  • Good file transfer concept (SFTP) 

Good understanding of Anypoint Platform Features 

  • Good Database knowledge (SQL, Postgres) 
  • Experience with Object Store, MQ, Dashboards (MuleSoft)

Good Administration skills

Position Details: Work Hours  

This role is remote, however it will have a strict requirement with the work schedule which is 7:30am -4:00pm EST Monday through Friday.  There will be occasional video conference meetings with your international counterparts and leadership from 10:00pm - 11:00pm EST.

What You'll Do:

  • Provides technical leadership and direction to federal civilian customers and internal staff in the development of fully integrated technology solutions in support of pre-sales activities in the assigned market.
  • Assists in the analysis, design and development of fully integrated technology solutions.
  • Demonstrates technical leadership and subject matter expertise on Rubrik’s products, distributed architectures, file systems, and competitive storage offerings in the SAN product space.
  • Acts as technical expert and consultant to develop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned customers.
  • Makes technical and sales presentations to customer's technical staff and senior management.
  • Serves as a trusted technology advisor to customers and serves as an internal resource on technical issues or specific business applications within an assigned market segment.
