VetsEZ is seeking a Configuration Analyst to join our remote team and support our customer, the Department of Veterans Affairs. As a Configuration Analyst, they will be responsible for executing the technical requirements captured for each Medallia Program. You will support configuration of the Medallia platform and help ensure quality and consistency of delivery. Additionally, you may support quality assurance (QA) testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to help validate that each program has achieved its design specifications.

Position Responsibilities:

• Proactively work with team and client stakeholders to understand programmatic goals and technical requirements.

• Assist in configuring and customizing the Medallia platform to align with clients' feedback collection strategies and objectives.

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data capture mechanisms and feedback surveys.

• Analyze customer feedback data gathered through Medallia's platform, including survey responses and open-text feedback, to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for clients.

• Create and maintain customized reports and dashboards using Medallia's reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven insights effectively.

• Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer feedback data, identifying and resolving any data related issues.

• Stay updated with the latest platform enhancements, industry trends, and best practices in customer experience management and feedback analysis.

• Develop training materials and provide guidance to clients on data analysis best practices and platform functionalities. Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and knowledge that enhance the overall capabilities of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 - 5 years of relevant work experience, including 1+ years of Medallia configuration experience

• Must hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree

• Must be a US Citizen with ability and willingness to acquire a Tier 2 Public Trust clearance with the VA

• Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of prior work experience in or with the Federal Government

• 2+ years of consulting experience

• Experience connecting the Medallia platform with third party solutions, such as Salesforce

• Experience and aptitude for managing, working and communication with diverse stakeholders, teams and clients face-to-face

  • Тестування існуючого та нового функціоналу;

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Document Quality Review (Reporting) Specialist, you will provide high-level operations support to the service delivery organization by working to assemble, format, and review time-sensitive and highly technical reports. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure a high quality of work 
  • Work with managing auditors to obtain and document necessary information 
  • Upload all documents to the proper client folder on OneDrive 
  • Respond to email inquiries within 24 hours 
  • Utilize good time management - meeting tight deadlines are crucial (24-48 hour turn around on reports) 
  • Execute requests from managing auditors in a timely manner 
  • Create draft reports and/or proofread and edit final reports 
  • Deliver completed draft and final reports to the Quality Assurance Team for review 
  • Format tables and documents 
  • Enter all draft report and final report requests into the reporting database 
  • Create any new procedures and edit and update existing procedures 
  • Create new templates and update existing templates as needed 
  • Train new hires in all practices and procedures 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION      

Preferred bachelor's degree in business, English, or journalism

  • Strive to mentor peers through leading Pencil Sharpening sessions (the Pencils team gets together every month to collaborate and share their knowledge), while helping to advance their creative capabilities 

  • Join a tightly integrated UX Practice that takes teamwork seriously every day

Qualifications

  • Retail tech project experience is a plus for this role!

  • 7+ years of product management, business analysis or equivalent experience with preference given to those who have a BA/BS in a technical field such as Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent

  • Experience with agile methodologies and an understanding of product management's role in various development methodologies

  • Proven track record of leading and delivering large and complex products and services

The Opportunity

The Skills

Individuals who ideally fit this role will meet the following qualifications:

  • · At least five (5) years of practical experience working in a DevOps or SRE role alongside software development teams in a fast paced, highly collaborative, Agile environment
  • · Proven experience maintaining and deploying highly available, fault-tolerant, systems at scale in a cost effective manner
  • · Strong understanding of how to secure AWS environments and meet compliance requirements

Qualifications

Role requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance 
  • Solid understanding of software development principles
  • Good understanding OOP concepts and scripting languages (Java)
  • You are familiar with API testing and GUI testing with Selenium WebDriver
  • Perform complex system tests 
  • Develop and initiate advanced automated testing methodologies 
  • Influence the inclusion of testability during the design and development phases 
  • Ensure compliance with quality processes and standards 
  • Test cases, regression testing, exploratory, acceptance testing, release planning 
  • Working with management tools or tracking software: Jira, Confluence 
  • Advanced knowledge of the IT industry, terms, trends, approaches, etc.

As an Operations Manager in our Customer Service team you will be partnering with our wider Afterpay / Clearpay Operations Team and third party / outsource partner teams to deliver an effortless customer experience via our Customer Service contact centers.  

We strive to solve our customer’s issues quickly and allow them to get back to their day with ease. An Operations manager ensures smooth day to day operations management. 

This role is responsible for:

  • Support the day to day customer service delivery of our outsourced partners and specialist in-house teams

  • Champion an effortless experience for our customers everyday in all outsource partner interactions. Working with internal and partner Team Leaders and being our process expert supporting the best experience for our customers in accordance with defined operations policies and procedures

  • Facilitate Daily / Weekly Huddles  and Reviews with outsourced partners to maintain daily focus on service delivery, responding to trends and insights as needed

  • In partnership with Workforce Management (WFM); Actively manage specific queues across Digital, Voice, Escalations and other specialty queues as required to manage accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Actively monitoring and tracking emerging issues or pressure points, taking action to escalate where needed and acting as point of contact for our CS team where incidents may occur

  • Work with frontline teams to identify incidents and raise with the technical teams / relevant stakeholders for resolution and guide  agents on how to manage customers impacted.

  • Stay connected with performance data and understand drivers of results. Working in partnership with Outsource partner teams build and deliver on specific improvement action plans/glide paths - really driving great performance and outcomes 

  • Identify training and coaching requirements for teams based on performance monitoring, feedback and data analysis (focused on Quality, Productivity and Service Lens)

  • Execute on specific and measurable Coaching or Performance Management Projects to drive improved performance around specific measures / insights

  • Work with global Operations teams and Outsource partners to ensure operational readiness for planned change and or incident responses as required. 

  • Define and help prioritize SOP and high effort process issues, whilst always keeping the global impacts at front of mind 

  • Prepare weekly/monthly Operations reports and lead partner performance reviews

  • Act as a representative in the absence of line manager and support broader Afterpay/Clearpay teams where required

  • Be actively involved in regular Calibration sessions with QA team and suppliers to ensure that an understanding of expectations is met.

Primary reporting line: North America / UK Customer Service Regional Leader 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Proven track record in Operational team leadership and customer service delivery; minimum of 2 years of related experience Customer Service Leadership in a complex omni channel model (voice, messaging, social)

  • Self-starter with a positive forward thinking / “ can do” attitude who is results focused and a real performance driver 

  • Experience working in a fast pace forward thinking environment; delivering change / handling ambiguity 

  • As a ‘hands on’ coach you are prepared to roll your sleeves up and support the team - coaching experience is crucial to this role 

  • Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems - find solutions and connect the dots 

  • Proven experience working in a complex team environment; preferably remote teams in multiple locations
