That’s where you come in! We’re looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated Project Manager to liaise with our pharmaceutical manufacturer customers and help us overdeliver on the services we offer to our clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Claims Processing: Assist with the processing of Kalderos disputes, including managing assigned states end-to-end by entering claims into Medicaid claims adjudication systems, adjudicating claims, generating ROSI/PQAS, and performing data reconciliations with the states, including non-compliant claims identified by Kalderos 
  • Medicaid Disputes Support:Following the resolution of Kalderos’ disputes with the states, enter the revised payable units to generate the relevant CMS-304a Prior Quarter Adjustment Statements (“PQAS”) for payment processing
  • Claims Management/Review:Review claims that are adjudicated by Medicaid rebate analysts
  • Reporting:Provide insight with in-depth analytics and reporting to internal and external parties
  • Training:Identify opportunities to incorporate Medicaid best practices from a process perspective and provide ongoing training/ reinforcement to team members
  • Internal Coordination:Collaborate with and participate in a regular cadence of status check-ins with Kalderos’ Customer Success and our customers
  • Cultivate, develop, and maintain productive and valuable working relationships with State Medicaid personnel and other key stakeholders
  • Provide subject expertise and operational support for federal, state & supplemental rebate programs

What You'll Bring:

  • Manager-level experience with Medicaid
  • Customer service/claims processing experience
  • Outstanding attention to detail and adaptability to deliver world class results across a complex network of partners, providers and stakeholders
  • Ability to identify areas for process and systems innovation and implement change that will enhance the overall effectiveness of the team
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, along with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Suite skills
  • Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Must be able to present complex information clearly and with confidence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively interfacing with all levels in the company and also with external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated proficiency in and specific knowledge and experience within US healthcare industry, Federal and State Government program administration (Medicare, Medicaid, 340B, Orphan Drug, etc), and managed healthcare in US
  • Prior experience in SAP Vistex, Model N or other contract administration tool supporting rebates in US Healthcare industry highly preferably

This is a remote position that will require 25-30% travel.

About the team

The Infrastructure Services team has a charter to support and amplify all business functions through technology. The Infrastructure Services team is at the heart of making SecurityScorecard function as a well-oiled machine.

What you will do

We are expanding our team to assist with monitoring our IT infrastructure and provide world class technology support to our rapidly growing global workforce. In this highly visible and important role, you will report to the CISO to work on critical user technical issues, remove technology obstacles facing the rapidly growing staff, maintain and improve upon our systems, and implement new solutions.

Essential Functions:

  • Remotely manage all company infrastructure assets including laptops, mobile devices, and a small office site.

Basic Qualifications 

  • 2+ Years of experience in a front-line IT support role.
  • Experience integrating SAAS applications.
  • Experience working with programming languages (Python, BASH, Powershell, Javascript)
  • Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
  • Experience rolling out large scale IT projects
  • Experience administering a remote macOS(80%),Windows OS environment(15%) and Linux(5%)

  • Monitor and support Slack channels, ES-Ops pages, and other means of communication to identify and meet employee and branch training needs.

  • Develop training resources in the support of a Tier-based training program.

SALARY INFO ????

The Account Executive role may span a range of experience and expertise. Through our interview process, we will review your background, local market data, and use a mix of technical and qualitative assessments to determine where you fall in our range. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.

We take a locally informed approach to compensation. We will be able to share the precise range based on your location on our first call. Our annual salary range for this role ranges from $220,000 - $285,000 OTE. This range encompasses all geographies across the US, with the top 10% of the range is specifically for top US markets such as in the New York City Metro/San Francisco Bay Area.

Qualifications/Experience

  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager and / or Sr. Technical Business Analyst 
  • 2+ years of Product and/or Business Analyst people management experience
  • Experience in a professional services environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, inspire and motivate a geographically dispersed team
  • Strong experience managing or developing large-scale B2C and B2B and/or B2B2C products
  • Technical fluency on front end and back end software development, including video streaming technologies
  • Experience documenting requirements for all platform types, including Mobile and Smart TVs
  • Deep familiarity with agile project management best practices and PSA tools (JIRA, Confluence, SLACK, Kantata)

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience creating integrated ABM marketing programs that utilize an omnichannel structure to drive results a plus
  • Experience running B2B social lead gen campaigns, content syndication, publisher programs, programmatic media, email nurture, virtual events, webinars, communities
  • Prior experience using ABM platforms like Demandbase and 6Sense is a big plus.
  • Experience creating and delivering customer presentations
  • Organized, structured and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Asana, etc.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, etc.

What you’ll do:

  • Build out revenue/CARR forecasting capabilities to better gauge invoice timing and cash receipt potential based on customer contracts and pipeline
  • Analyze historical data and customer trends to determine proper operating expense forecasting
  • Generate financial reports and analysis for investor/board/exec leadership team presentations
  • Complete ad hoc requests, reporting and projects
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership to develop a robust framework that meets the needs of a matrixed organization and incorporates non-financial data and metrics as required to support management decision making
  • Collaborate with the sales team in their efforts to meet and/or exceed defined revenue goals, working closely to develop Value Assessments for each new client with their unique data sets
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the client's business needs and an ability to utilize their data to present solutions to their business challenges
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and partner effectively
  • Embrace full accountability for Value Assessments through effective use of metrics and a focus on implementing AI to the workstream
  • Effectively communicate internal priorities, challenges, and opportunities that impact revenue growth
  • Promote Kalderos as a “partner of choice” and serve as a thought leader and consultant to clients in a dynamic market where a “one size fits all” approach is not effective
