Scrum Master: In this area, the person will be responsible for managing the sprints and associated tasks for up to two software development teams, facilitating all meetings/Scrum ceremonies, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve their processes and eliminate impediments. We’re looking for an experienced manual Quality Assurance tester to join our engineering development team as part of our quest to build the best learning platform in the world.   • Creates and documents test plans on applications and related technology to verify that the business, technical and functional requirements are being met through the software development lifecycle.
  • Work with developers to ensure the developers are executing test plans and documenting results during the development phase.
  • Conducts end-to-end testing according to the test plan, files bug reports and has the initiative to go “off script” in pursuit of uncovering obscure boundary defects.
  • Executes test plans in an effort to identify defects prior to production.

  • You have a measurable track record in new business development and over-achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in successfully selling during the market creation phase.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing six-figure B2B SaaS, e-learning, or technical training solutions.
  • Experience selling to the “C” suite with a strong executive presence, polish, and excellent listening skills.

About the Job

As the Operations Managerfor Customer Support, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the efficiency of our learner support operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services. Team Leadership:

      • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of learner support leads, including Associate Managers, Team Leads, and SMEs.

Offensive Security is looking for an innovative and results-oriented Sr. Content Developerto join our international team. The Sr. Content Developer will be responsible for creating, producing and refreshing content for OffSec's Online Learning Library, live & online courses, and certifications.

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and has the ability to organize, set priorities, and manage several projects at once, with minimal supervision.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop written and video-based learning material on assigned topics for online and live training
  • Build virtual machines and practical labs to support learning material 
  • Participate in and contribute to formal/informal technical reviews and presentations
  • Work with SMEs to repurpose content into different formats as required to support various learning delivery media (i.e., live training, video, live-online, etc.)
  • Structure existing content to create best possible learning experience for a global audience

  • At least 5 years of relevant Security industry experience
