Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

In this key sales position, the Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible to sell all Imperva Solutions and Services, by interacting with assigned accounts that are either existing customers or prospects within the assigned geographic territory and working with the partner ecosystem to grow their ability and GTM, as well as directly engaging in the opportunities being worked by the partners. We are looking to hire a Sr. Sales Engineer to be based in Brazil.

 


Responsibilities: 

 

  • Participate in sales conference calls and prospect visits, providing product demonstrations in person and via WebEx/Zoom/Teams, and working with prospects at both a technical and business level to show how Imperva’s solutions can provide value to them.
  • Possess demonstrable skills in customer-centric selling and a proven track record using it to help drive revenue.
  • Participate as a technical resource at trade shows and conferences, when needed.
  • Work independently and as a vital member of a sales team.
  • Work with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches to develop business.
  • Ensure successful on-site product evaluations and post sale installations when necessary.
  • Manage the Regional Account customer base on their technical needs.
  • Plan, manage and execute customer product pilots.
  • Directly support the sales process with partner SEs and partner generated opportunities
  • Engage with technical support and escalations inside Imperva when necessary to expedite critical incidents and support key customers or partners with the intent of reaching a faster resolution.
  • Jointly design, agree and execute commercial strategy with the Imperva Account Executive or Executives assigned to the same region.

Qualifications: 

 

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in network security, development, pre-sales engineering, or real world use of database and/or web application solutions; preferably with 5+ of these as a sales engineer and experience working in a start-up and vendor environment
  • Possess a solid understanding of web applications, database, security, and auditing environments
  • Knowledge in databases (Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, DB2)
  • Knowledge in big-data repositories (MongoDB, Hadoop, etc) – an advantage
  • Knowledge in application development (ASP, .NET, PHP, JSP, NodeJS, Python)
  • Knowledge in scripting (Python, Bash)
  • Knowledge about APIs, REST, SOAP
  • Knowledge in DNS protocol and service – an advantage
  • Experience with Linux

The Opportunity:
As a Technical Account Manager, you will create and maintain long-term relationships with Imperva strategic customers, manage complex implementation and onboarding projects. Manage consulting assignments and technical escalations, as well work closely with HQ teams for our Incapsula Cloud and SecureSphere products (Dev, QA, Security, Sr. Management) in order to get issues resolved. You will become a technical authority of Incapsula Cloud and SecureSphere WAF and DAM technologies, while constantly improving best practices for solutions and services: DDoS protection - infrastructure, DNS and cloud-based application services, Website security, CDN, Load Balancing, and SIEM integrations.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Support the Imperva cloud and on-premise security product deployments for assigned accounts.
  • Act as a primary, single point-of-contact for assigned accounts.
  • Keep customer teams up to date via ongoing status about onboarding, configuration, and tuning efforts, cases, feature requests (RFEs) and current news from the field on the latest security trends and developments as well as product release notes.
  • Perform quarterly systems health checks and service reviews.
  • Become a champion by accelerating case closures or increasing visibility on pain points with their deployments. Work with customers, partners, customer account teams and other internal Imperva teams to reach timely resolutions.
  • Create and deepen customer relationships by performing on-site customer.
  • Analyze customer data such as case trends, traffic, alert and attack information to make solid recommendations for improving systems health and overall security posture.
  • Assessing the customer’s technical environment and requirements while managing expectations and following through on solutions or consulting on deployments. Required Technical Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Technical Support (tier 2-3) role.
  • Documented experience as Technical Account Manager, or Pre/Post Sales background within the web/network/information security industries.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Cloud, Security or Network related products.

Reporting & Analysis (35%)

  • Develop and produce the monthly management reporting package, at direction of CFO, for executive management, including monthly dashboards and variance analyses.
  • Provide decision/analytical support and ad-hoc management information reporting as assigned.
  • Provide a positive redundancy for timely and accurate annual and periodic CONSOL-compliant reports to support decision-making by OI and OUS management.

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of accounting experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA preferred

  • Previous role(s) should include internal or external audit, GL accounting, and revenue accounting

  • Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions like VLOOKUP, and adept at creating complex manipulations for data analysis and reporting

  • Passion for Block’s mission

  • Interest in technology/knowledge of the industry

Nice to Have:

  • Technical knowledge and practical knowledge of revenue recognition standards ASC 605 and ASC 606 a plus

  • Oracle Cloud experience a plus

Job Description

The Portfolio Director role within the Enterprise Applications practice will help lead a teams within the practice of over 600 consultants to deliver a portfolio of c £/€10m project services in the Private Financial Services sector. Reporting to the Head of Private Sector in Enterprise Applications, you will lead a team of senior colleagues across the delivery and commercial roles. This is a senior role in Version 1, with opportunity for the right individual to further progress into senior practice leadership roles across Version 1.

In this role you will have full ownership for the P&L of the portfolio and as such, you will likely have held portfolio or programme management roles in the past with responsibility for budgets in the region of £/€500k to £/€5m,or beyond. You will have experience in delivering Customer First outcomes and will understand the challenges in delivering transformational change involving Finance and HR systems . Skills such as the ability to inspire and drive teams, commercial acumen, ability to ask tough questions, curiosity and willingness to learn are regarded as more important in this role than a deep understanding of Oracle ERP, EPM or HCM. Oracle experience is NOT mandatory for this role. The role will suit experienced Portfolio Directors who have worked in Finance and\or HR transformation projects, with Oracle or other technologies such as SAP, Workday, Sage, etc.

You will be seen as central in the shaping and delivery of key proposals and will be recognised by customers and colleagues as a leader who can bring together the right group of people to deliver the right solution.

Qualifications

You will have experience in leading a team, in managing and growing a portfolio of projects/customers and you will be passionate about defining and developing solutions which meet customer challenges and understand the commercial balance required to deliver these solutions between top and bottom-line growth. You’ll enjoy customer engagement and be comfortable with balancing multiple competing demands whilst leading and developing a diverse and highly talented team and promoting and inspiring our core values right across the delivery team.

Role Requirements:

The role will be divided across three areas of responsibility – Customer Delivery, Commercial Growth and People Leadership.

Customer Delivery

You will have full accountability for the delivery of end-to-end Customer engagements ensuring our customer is at the heart of everything we do, we understand their ways of working and that we deliver successfully for them. You will likely spend a considerable amount of time engaged in Customer forums (e.g., Steering Groups etc) and travel to Customer sites from time to time.

Commercial Growth

You will work closely with Commercial colleagues to build and support compelling proposals and customer offerings which will enable and support our continued growth ambition for the practice and deliver profitable outcomes. You’ll have your own P&L and be accountable for that.

People Leadership

You will help lead a team of diverse professionals across our ERP, EPM and HCM teams located across the UK, Ireland and India in the Financial services & Banking area. You will ensure that we continue to have world class levels of engagement and that we are ensuring that our teams deliver excellently through the use of our methodologies and accelerators and are suitably skilled and informed in line with the continuously changing nature of Oracle Fusion Cloud products.

⚙️ Les compétences attendues sont les suivantes :

✔️ Vous possédez une expertise sur les normes EDI (format de fichiers EDIFACT, XML, ANSI X12…).
✔️ Vous maîtrisez également SQL Oracle ainsi que les API.
✔️ Vous avez une connaissance des protocoles pouvant être implémentés (WebServices, SFTP, AS2, …).
✔️ Vous avez dans l’idéal déjà travaillé en EDI en logistique et/ou transport.
✔️ Vous maîtrisez l’anglais.
