  • Supporter les ingénieurs dans les activités opérationnelles quotidiennes de l’équipe et dans l’émission des devis détaillés pour les projets courants ou spéciaux, de déploiement d’équipements d’énergie, radios, micro-ondes, antennes, etc.
  • Assurer le maintien à jour des bases de données d’inventaire du réseau, analyser leurs fonctionnalités, produire les demandes d’amélioration et assurer le suivi de conformité avec les équipes de développement.
  • Améliorer l’efficacité du groupe par le développement d’outils de travail.
  • Extraire les informations à partir des données sources des bases de données d’inventaire et développer des rapports utilisables pour fin d’analyse des éléments du réseau sans fil.
  • Participer aux améliorations des processus de déploiement, des scénarios et méthodes d’installations des équipements sans fil.
  • Participer à la réalisation d’études de nouveaux produits (tests, prises de mesure, rédaction de rapport, etc.)
  • Participer au suivi et à la réalisation des différents indicateurs de l’équipe.

Qualifications

  • Études universitaires actuelles en génie.
  • Stage #2 ou #3 de préférence
  • Faire preuve de minutie dans l’exécution des tâches
  • Faire preuve d’autonomie
  • Forte capacité d’adaptation face à un contexte et des priorités changeantes.
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe

Your role within the team

Reporting into Global Planning Director, this role will be responsible to support Supply Planning, managing on-time deliveries (purchase orders), as well as ensuring adequate inventory level to support the growth of North America business. He/she will be assisting in the analysis that are required for monthly S&OP Process. He/she will be closely collaborating with North America / Global team for Sourcing and logistic function, as well as partnering with local Brand functions (Sales Ops, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Regulatory & Quality team) to ensure products are available in a timely manner with optimal inventory level.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Drive Monthly Buy Executions based on the result of supply & inventory plans, continuous process improvement and time management. Ensuring execution is smooth and in timely manner, provide support on ad hoc requests.
  • Drive Monthly Buy forecast (finished goods) and cascade process with Co-manufacturers, increase the leverage of Buy forecast for driving material positioning.
  • Responsible for monthly/ad hoc material and packaging purchases and deliveries via evaluation of supply plan requirements, liaise with Suppliers for best date of deliveries and material reserves.
  • Constantly partnering with team members to thoroughly understand stock / supply situation and be able to identify gaps between Sales and supply and be able to propose action plans against risks and opportunities.
  • Owns analysis and implement considerations into supply planning (finished goods, raw materials, packaging) and ability to explain different iterations of assumption, drive for consensus solutions to tackle any supply challenges.
  • Regular inventory analysis to identify potential liability exposure and driving mitigation opportunities to avoid write-off.
  • Ability to analyze current supply constraints and issue against North America’s orders, identify opportunities to drive future improvement to smoothen supply planning and ordering process.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with local stake holders (Sales / Demand team, marketing and product development team) to ensure thoroughly understanding the launch and sales plans specific to the North America business.
  • Driving alignment across multiple functions (Global / Regional functions) to ensure purchase orders can be fulfilled on timely manner across all Brands and regions.
  • Managing North America’s inventory with optimal level, constantly review result of demand changes and actively look into solution to tackle challenges on inventory risks & opportunities
  • Partnering with Sourcing team to ensure capacity plans and reserves will be able to supply orders from H&H group.
  • Supporting Monthly S&OP Process supported by Planning Director to ensure continuously tracking and executing the decisions resulting from Monthly S&OP Process.
  • Ability to raise challenges via S&OP Process to ensure accountability of our stakeholders and strive for improvements and delivering results, able to resolve obstacles and getting consensus conclusion with counterparts.

The Software License Specialist role reports into the Global Experian IT Services SAM Manager and it is expected that the successful candidate will adopt a continuous improvement mindset looking to implement process improvements, automation where relevant and consider the use of emerging AI technologies to gain productivity improvements as Experian adopts these technologies across the wider workforce 

Principle responsibilities 

  • Manage one of the primary vendor license estates (IBM, Oracle or Microsoft) through coordination of information with external supplier, maintain accurate deployment and drawdown records and coordinate closely with procurement and demand teams on contract renewals and anniversary dates 
  • Be a subject matter expert for licensing in general and specifically for one of the primary vendors 
  • Support the contract execution and renewals processes by providing accurate information related to license allocation-usage, and maintain open dialog regarding license footprint across a portfolio of software titles 
  • Support vendor audits and report on entitlement and usage as necessary 
  • Liaise and support finance teams on budgeting and forecasting software related pricing activities 
  • Raise purchase requisitions, review and approve invoicing and liaise with Accounts Payable where relevant 
  • Identify areas of continuous improvement including increased automation for asset management process efficiencies 
  • Administer supplier portals for user access, license keys and entitlement information 
  • Proactively identify and drive opportunities across desktop, server & cloud to successful outcomes through rationalizing and standardizing software renewal contracts together with rationalizing software titles for overlapping product sets to reduce costs 
  • Be an ambassador and evangelist for good SAM practices within the Global organization 

Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of IT asset management experience, preferably software asset management 
  • Experience with software usage metrics and contractual terms on at least one of Microsoft, Oracle or IBM.
  • Experience with Citrix or VMware architecture, and-or public cloud processes-concepts 
  • Experience of managing Software Contracts & dealing with Software Vendors-Publishers and Resellers is critical 
  • Prior experience of Oracle financials is desirable.
  • Experienced navigating ServiceNow to extract SAM related data is highly preferred 
  • Familiarity with software inventory & discovery tools would be an advantage 
  • Experience dealing with license implications on OS platforms such as Windows, MAC, Linux & Solaris would be preferred 
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving skills, including the ability to accumulate, organize, and assimilate large amounts of information

  • Develop trend reports, weekly, month over month and year over year, by raw material category and class 
  • Prepare weekly and monthly key performance indicator reports
  • Appropriately highlight forecast issues and risks to manager
  • Develop and maintain strong system knowledge of company’s Oracle ERP, Ivalua Cloud applications 

Other Tasks

  • Attends required employee meetings.
  • Ensures compliance of food safety based on the standard requirement of 5S, HACCP/GMP & ISO.

Qualifications

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE:

The Senior Global Inventory Planner will require a solid understanding of the supply chain management function and be responsible for all aspects of inventory management, planning and forecasting of Pure’s Global Service Inventory to meet customer SLA requirements while balancing the
financial budget. He or she will be responsible for inventory stocking decisions at stocking HUBS, FSL and DCs as well as repair and scrapping decisions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Global inventory planning of reworkable and non-reworkable (consumable) spare parts (FRU) to support Pure Storage customers contracts and meet Service Level Agreements
  • New Buy and Repair forecast purchasing recommendations of assigned spare part families to ensure initial availability of New Product spares and availability of Existing Product spares while balancing the financial investment.
  • Maintain targeted stocking levels within the Service Logistics Network to achieve goal of 96% on time support for customer Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Monitor spares forecast monthly for accuracy based on actual requirements, orders, usage and other factors impacting spares inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with Global Technical Support, Mfg. Operations and other members of GlobalService Logistics to better understand business impacts and product release information for forecasting spares inventory.
  • Participation in discussions/review of product lifecycle management given the ability to perform adjustments to the spares forecast as necessary to meet customer contracts.
  • Provide detailed, part level information including cost for planning requirements monthly, including final buys and other inventory cost outside of the standard inventory forecast. 
  • Understand and maintain inventory spare parts relationships based on engineering changes to utilize existing assets in the inventory network.
  • Build relationship and product knowledge base with Product Support, Engineering & Global
  • Sales to plan/forecast spares inventory increases/decreases, spare parts relationships, failure
  • analysis and final buys, etc.
  • Analyze Product/Part Discontinuations for final buy recommendations and execute to endure ongoing customer support for 7 years or for the life of product contracts.
  • Responsible for E&O process, quarterly at a minimum, taking necessary actions to determine inventory SCRAP requirements for saleable and defective inventory.
  • Basic knowledge of the logistics asset recovery process, Customer fulfillment and escalations process
  • Ability to take a leadership role when necessary.

WHAT YOU"LL NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE: 
  • Minimum of 5-8 years in global service logistics including parts planning and logistics management
  • BS in Business, Logistics or related discipline
  • Experience using Oracle, SAP, Baxter(preferred), or related planning application.
  • Experience with System Integration is a plus.
  • Export compliance and IOR/EOR experience are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Comprehensive experience with MS Office suite and/or Google Docs
  • Excellent communication skills

The hourly range is: $82,000.00 - $174,000.00. Pay ranges are determined based on role, level and location. You’ll Spend Your Time:

We'd especially love to hear from you, if you:

  •  have strong functional experience with core financial/accounting processes in NetSuite
  • are proficient in system integration capabilities in NetSuite, including SuiteTalk (REST and SOAP) and SuiteAnalytics Connect
  • have knowledge of SuiteScript
  • have experience with Zone Advanced Billing, Fair Value Pricing, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
  • have solid understanding of Order to Cash processes
