Block’s Cryptographic Identity engineering team is responsible for some of the company’s most critical systems. We help protect our customers’ most sensitive data by defining, creating, and distributing secure, verifiable credentials for all entities within Block.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 2+ years of professional experience with risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods focused on Information Assurance, Information Systems/Network Security, Infrastructure Design, and Vulnerabilities Assessments
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of how malicious software works (i.e.-malware, trojans, rootkits, etc.)
  • Ability to modify known and/or craft custom exploits manually without dependence on consumer tools such as Metasploit
  • Strong knowledge of tools and techniques used to conduct network, wireless, and web application penetration testing

About the team

  • Scripting, tools-building, and automation are paramount to Okta Engineering; everybody automates. You will be creating and coding tools for internal use to support continuous delivery.

Requirements:

Overview:

Reports to the Director, Sales Consulting EMEA and focused on supporting our largest and most strategic accounts and new business alongside other Sales Consultants, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Account Managers, and Professional Services staff. You will directly interact with LivePerson’s existing and prospective customers, both in support of the account owner or independently. You will contribute to the achievement of the EMEA revenue target, with commission incentives tied to that target. 20%-40% travel is required. 

 

You will: 

  • Build and deliver sophisticated demonstrations around Conversational Cloud (Liveperson’s core messaging platform), Conversational AI (including Generative AI capabilities), Voice AI, Conversational Analytics, and key partner technologies (Apple Business Chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, IBM Watson, Google My Business)
  • Partner with sales to develop the strategy for winning a given opportunity
  • Architect new and custom solutions to set the vision for how our products will integrate into a customer’s infrastructure
  • Get hands-on with Generative AI, messaging and real business use cases to drive outcomes through innovation and technology
  • As needed, provide technical and industry expertise to other business units (non-sales) within LivePerson's R&D, Marketing, Partner relations, legal, M&A, Investor relations, HR, etc.
  • Understand and share information about LivePerson’s competitors as you discover it, while following LivePerson’s ethical guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to author responses to “Requests for Proposals” (RFP, RFI, RFT, etc.)
  • From time to time, educate and train the sales and delivery teams on LivePerson’s solutions
  • From time to time, mentor new members of the sales consulting team
  • From time to time, support customer conferences by running demo stations or by acting as a scheduled speaker at the event

 

You have:

  • 3-5+ years of Solution Consulting / Pre-Sales Engineering or relevant technical experience (Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Developer), with a proven track record of helping to close large Enterprise deals.
    • Product Management or similar experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated experience selling into or supporting sales cycle for large key accounts  (renewals, upsells, new LOBs, attrition prevention, expansions).
  • Able to think creatively in complex situations and provide value in the development of strategic plans for an account, whether for an existing customer or a new logo prospect.
  • Preferred, but not required, is experience related to: web, martech, video, mobile app, contact centers, telephony, Conversational Analytics, Conversational AI, and/or Generative AI.
  • Strong public speaking skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Understanding of API concepts, UML diagramming and Agile development workflows.
  • Understanding of Cloud infrastructure concepts. GCP or AWS certification is a plus.
  • BA or BS Degree, or equivalent
    • Desirable: education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, AI or related. Relevant boot camp and self study experience will also be considered.

What you’ll do 

Pindrop is looking for a Manager of Strategic Finance, a critical role for an individual who desires outsized business impact and redefining landscapes. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Finance, this role will ensure Pindrop’s financial, strategic, and operational objectives are achieved.
