Qualifications

- Should have on hand experience configuring the MFG modules and should be able to translate business' requitements into functional tasks
- Should have experience scope gathering and application design

The Opportunity: 

Mattel is currently seeking an Enterprise/Solution Architect to support our Global Supply Chain (GSC) domain. Reporting to the Enterprise Architecture Group in the CTO Organization, the Principal Enterprise Architect will help in defining the next generation technology platform and product platform architectures. The role will collaborate across many domain areas including digital, supply chain, HR/Financials and Data Warehousing. The role is the critical change agent required to drive the architectural strategy to execution, enabling IT to react faster to future business requests and reduce overall costs for IT projects. What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Design and implement enterprise-level solutions that align with business objectives.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a computer science/engineering, information technology or other related field plus 8+ years of related experience as an enterprise/solution architect; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Master’s degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and containerization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to develop strong relationships with GTO and Business Stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud, Kafka, ETL, Data architectures
  • Experience developing business process frameworks (Process Decomposition, Process Flows) based on an eTOM model; including an enterprise framework (structure, classification) to manage linkage of business processes and enable re-use.
  • Hands-on experience in enterprise data modeling and object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) resulting in reusable artifacts; including Use Case driven analysis & design and UML diagrams depicting process flows.
  • Strong and demonstrable expertise in UML and BPMN standards and use of various UML artifacts in documenting design choices.
  • Industry experience in Consumer Product Goods and Retail/Manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Strong and demonstrable expertise in one or more of the following domains: : Product Development, Enterprise Quality Management, Sustainability/Environmental social, and corporate governance (ESG), Demand and Supply Planning, B2B Order Management/Order 2 Cash, Inventory Management, Manufacturing and Logistics in both B2B and D2C business models.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience as an IT auditor/Manager or IT risk adviser for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within industry.

  • A broad understanding, knowledge, and experience with IT application and general computer controls.

  • Understands the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds using promises.
  • Experience designing and implementing backend services and APIs.
  • Experience with managing deploys and infrastructure monitoring.
  • Experience with NoSQL datastores.
  • Strong incite into user experience and interface design.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Understanding of Server Side CSS preprocessors.
  • Consider yourself a generalist engineer and are willing to wear many hats, sometimes at the same time.
  • Comfortable with 'owning' products/features and ideally have experience with being responsible for the entire end-to-end development process.
  • Comfortable and willing to learn as you go. There's probably pieces of our stack you haven’t worked with before, and that's okay as long as you’re confident enough to learn as necessary.
  • Excited to work with a small team and have lots of input in product direction.

It would be a big plus if

you have had experience working with some of the following:

  • Having knowledge in Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, and .Net is advantage.
  • Hands-on experience on AWS preferred.

En tant que Consultant.e fonctionnel.lle Oracle E-Business Suite et/ ou ERP Cloud, au sein du pôle ERP, vous interviendrez sur les fonctions suivantes : 

  • Encadrer et/ou réaliser des missions en lien avec les directions métier et DSI de nos clients, dans le cadre de leurs transformations. 

En prestation, vous accompagnerez nos clients dans leurs projets de transformation SI et serez en charge des missions suivantes : 

  • Analyser et spécifier les besoins des utilisateurs sur leur domaine fonctionnel, 
  • Animer des ateliers clients, 
  • Formalisation et optimisation de processus, 
  • Conseiller le client dans ses choix de solution, 
  • Réaliser le paramétrage et la documentation fonctionnelle sur son domaine fonctionnel, 
  • Réaliser les formations utilisateurs (rédaction des supports, animation), 
  • Construire le cahier de tests, accompagner le client, voire piloter les tests, 
  • Support aux utilisateurs dans les étapes de qualification 
  • Gestion de la relation client sur les missions 
  • Animation de la relation Maîtrise d’Œuvre/Maîtrise d'Ouvrage

En interne,  

  • Accompagner l'évolution interne de l’offre ERP,

Qualifications

????️‍♀️ Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes issu(e) de formation BAC+5 (école de commerce, école d’ingénieur, formation universitaire) 

  • Vous justifiez de minimum 3 ans d’expérience sur des projets dans un rôle d’AMOA/MOE, en ayant contribué aux différentes phases de définition et de mise en œuvre des ERP Oracle 

  • Vous avez une expérience réussie sur les solutions Oracle E-Business Suite R12 et/ou ERP Cloud 

  • Vous maîtrisez un ou plusieurs domaines suivants : finance, comptabilité et gestion, gestion budgétaire, comptabilité publique, maîtrise des chaînes de dépense et recette, gestion d’affaires, planification et gestion de production. 

  • Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais.

Pour accompagner le développement de nos activités, nous recherchons plusieurs Consultant(e)s Oracle E-Business Suite Confirmé(e)s possédant des connaissances techniques et une approche métier alliée à une bonne capacité d’analyse.

  • Réaliser des missions, sur le progiciel OeBS dans le cadre de projet SI pour le compte de nos clients, et notamment autour de leurs problématiques technico-fonctionnelles :  

  • Analyse et Prise en compte des besoins fonctionnels ;  

  • Paramétrage de modules ;  

  • Rédaction de spécifications Techniques ;  

  • Rédaction et déroulement de scenarii de tests ;  

  • Analyse et développement de spécifiques OeBS ;  

  • Assistance à la Recette utilisateurs ;  

  • Support aux utilisateurs dans les étapes de qualification ;  

  • Participer au développement sur de nouvelles opportunités notamment sur le cloud ;

Qualifications

????️‍♀️ Profil recherché :

  • De formation BAC+5 (école de commerce, école d’ingénieur, formation universitaire), vous avez minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience sur des projets dans un rôle technique ou technico-fonctionnel. 

  •  Vous disposez d’une connaissance sur un ou plusieurs domaines fonctionnels (comptabilités, ventes). 

  • Vous maîtrisez la partie technique (Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, Shell, BI Publisher, Talend (ETL et ESB), APEX…). 

  • Vous travaillez efficacement en équipe, aimer collaborer avec d’autres consultants pour atteindre les objectifs du projet. 

  • Vous détenez des bonnes capacités de communication, adaptabilité, créativité, innovation et autonomie.
