Job Description

The Manager on the Analysis & Insights team is the senior contact for key clients and will be responsible for developing strong client relationships and facilitating the growth of the Analysis & Insights project team. This role will be focused on leading a team toward the generation of actionable insights, crafting of client presentations, building dashboards, and consulting with clients. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring consultants, partnering with clients, and driving cross team collaboration.

This role will evolve to also cover oversight of web analytics infrastructure implementation resources and ensuring the technical resources are provided proper training and development of their client engagement skills.

Client Delivery

  • Ensure the successful completion of the agreed upon project deliverables within statement of work (“SOW”) scope, time and budget with quality while consistently exceeding client expectations across all Merkle | Cardinal Path service offerings
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the project team using a keen understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives, not only the current project
  • Conduct regular client communication, expectation setting and management, as well as providing strategic direction
  • Proactively identify potential issues and provide solutions to correct any scope/budget deviations.
  • Act on the client satisfaction survey results for the portfolio, ensuring quality improvement plans are developed and executed

Practice Development & Mentorship

  • Work with the lead responsible for the Analysis & Insights practice area to develop and grow that practice area by creating and cultivating lasting relationships with both clients and internal teams.
  • Work with the members of the A&I team, from junior to senior to help them improve their understanding of the industry, improve their client communication skills, create professional development plans, and better understand how our A&I offerings fit into the big picture for our clients.
  • Work with others to ensure collaboration across domains, to help proactively manage issues, and create overall plans for achieving annual and long-term goals.
  • Work with the internal team and clients by helping the teams apply our thought leadership in ways that will deliver on our clients’ business goals in innovative ways.
  • Ongoing practice and process development looking for ways to improve and streamline Cardinal Path’s processes to not only deliver a superior service to our clients, but also to improve our efficiency and profitability.
  • Collaborate with North American technical leads to deliver training programs related to skills required for technical implementations.
  • Have a working knowledge of how business requirements and measurement frameworks are translated to tagging solution strategies that will best serve client analytics and reporting needs.

 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years working in the field of digital analytics and digital marketing - working in a client results service organization, preferably an advertising agency or management consultancy, is preferred.
  • 4+ years on-the-job experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Foundational understanding of data capture practices, understanding of data capture models for Google Analytics, and how this structure supports analytics.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in advanced web analysis methodologies, such as the following: Deep clickstream analysis, Experimentation and testing, Personalization, Competitive analysis, Social analytics, Mobile apps, Surveys, and other digital measurement technologies
  • Experience in creating strategic measurement plans, technical documentation and supporting full implementation of analytics tools.
  • Experience using debuggers, completing related QA processes, and issue resolution.
  • Experience in creating and presenting analysis with insights to stakeholders/clients, utilizing advanced storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with enterprise analytics data management and data science tools (ex. SQL, R, SPSS, BigQuery, Oracle, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and data visualization with experience creating clear, concise, and professional documents.
  • Exposure to Tag Management tools (Google Tag Manager, Adobe Tag Manager) preferred
  • Certifications in Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Expert Excel skills (Pivot tables, conditional formatting, advanced formulas)
  • Comfortable presenting findings and providing training on analytics tool usage.
  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred.
  • Exposure to project management skills, business process redesign principles, tools and techniques is a plus

  • Formulate reusable solutions to new, unique issues, or enhance existing solutions following solution-centered support methodologies. Efficiently search and maintain QAD Knowledgebase solutions to customer issues that are reported

  • Analyze, test and solve problems, advising customers of potential solutions; escalate issues as needed. Demonstrate key competencies at the desired levels as defined for this position.

  • Document in detail, all analyses and correspondences throughout the issue resolution process; provide proactive status updates to customers

  • Assist team members (locally, globally and across teams).

Qualifications

  • Education:University/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting. Logistics, Production Operations/Manufacturing Management, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience:  5 years in the software, manufacturing, distribution or accounting industry is preferred. Experience using or supporting business software applications.  Prior success in a Customer Service/Support capacity.

Your role within the team

Reporting into Global Planning Director, this role will be responsible to support Supply Planning, managing on-time deliveries (purchase orders), as well as ensuring adequate inventory level to support the growth of North America business. He/she will be assisting in the analysis that are required for monthly S&OP Process. He/she will be closely collaborating with North America / Global team for Sourcing and logistic function, as well as partnering with local Brand functions (Sales Ops, Marketing, Product Development, Finance, Regulatory & Quality team) to ensure products are available in a timely manner with optimal inventory level.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Drive Monthly Buy Executions based on the result of supply & inventory plans, continuous process improvement and time management. Ensuring execution is smooth and in timely manner, provide support on ad hoc requests.
  • Drive Monthly Buy forecast (finished goods) and cascade process with Co-manufacturers, increase the leverage of Buy forecast for driving material positioning.
  • Responsible for monthly/ad hoc material and packaging purchases and deliveries via evaluation of supply plan requirements, liaise with Suppliers for best date of deliveries and material reserves.
  • Constantly partnering with team members to thoroughly understand stock / supply situation and be able to identify gaps between Sales and supply and be able to propose action plans against risks and opportunities.

Principle responsibilities 

  • Manage one of the primary vendor license estates (IBM, Oracle or Microsoft) through coordination of information with external supplier, maintain accurate deployment and drawdown records and coordinate closely with procurement and demand teams on contract renewals and anniversary dates 
  • Be a subject matter expert for licensing in general and specifically for one of the primary vendors 
  • Support the contract execution and renewals processes by providing accurate information related to license allocation-usage, and maintain open dialog regarding license footprint across a portfolio of software titles 
  • Support vendor audits and report on entitlement and usage as necessary

Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 
  • 5+ years of IT asset management experience, preferably software asset management 
  • Experience with software usage metrics and contractual terms on at least one of Microsoft, Oracle or IBM.
  • Experience with Citrix or VMware architecture, and-or public cloud processes-concepts 
  • Experience of managing Software Contracts & dealing with Software Vendors-Publishers and Resellers is critical 
  • Prior experience of Oracle financials is desirable.
  • Experienced navigating ServiceNow to extract SAM related data is highly preferred

What you’ll do:

  • Be accountable for building and maintaining the data infrastructure for the organization
  • Collaborate with systems analysts and cross functional partners to understand data requirements
  • Champion data warehouse, create denormalized data foundation layer and normalized data marts
  • Define strategies to capture all data sources and impact of business process changes on data coming from those sources  
  • Work on all aspects of the data warehouse/BI environment including architecture, design, development, automation, caching and performance tuning
  • Build required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources on Cloud leveraging SQL, data cloud platforms like Snowflake
  • Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes
  • Working with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues
  • Continually explore new technologies like Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Data Modeling

What you bring to the table:

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • 5+ years of professional experience in the data engineering field
  • Hands-on polyglot programming expertise
  • Proficiency in Multi cloud platform like Azure, AWS and/or GCP
  • Experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) or equivalent ETL tool
  • Extensive experience in designing, developing Snowflake Cloud Data Platform
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing data pipelines using diverse data sources including databases, APIs, external data providers, and streaming sources
  • Demonstrated history of designing efficient data models using Medallion Architecture
  • Deep understanding and experience with relational (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres and MySQL) and NoSQL databases
  • Experience building and supporting REST APIs for both inbound and outbound data workflow

  • Deep understanding of the RAG architecture and its implementation.

We are seeking a C# software developer for a customer facing team within our managed services group. Apart from writing superlative code, you will be responsible for key deliverables during your team's software development lifecycle including excellent software designs, top quality code reviews and comprehensive automated tests.

Qualifications

  • A good understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and implementation.

  • Experience with such product and tools as Visual Studio Online, Visual Studio, and/or Azure is helpful.
