As HR Technology Manager, you will:

  • Own all aspects of core and ancillary People Technology tools (ex. ATS, HRIS, LMS, etc.) and drive the roadmap for future development. We currently use ADP WorkforceNow, Greenhouse, and Lattice, and a number of ancillary systems.
  • Maintain a healthy record of employee data, supporting complex public company requirements (SOX, Earnings, etc.).
  • Partner with IT, Security, Legal, Finance, and more to build robust integrations between key systems. 
  • Take lead on RFPs to bring step-level change to People Technology at Clover, be it GenAI, well-being, or any other focus.
  • Jumpstart our growing People Analytics function, with exposure to executive leadership.
  • Partner with leaders on the People Operations team and the organization with continuous development and systemization of our Career Path Frameworks, giving employees clear pathways for advancement within the organization. We are hiring for a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to serve as the clinical voice for Clover Assistant, in both internal product development and external clinical and business settings. In this role you will use your clinical, leadership, and entrepreneurial skills to build and manage relationships with clinicians, inspire customer confidence, and work with the cross-functional team to continue improving our ground-breaking clinical technology platform.

As a CMO, Clover Assistant, you will:

  • Collaborate with org leaders and the CA team to provide strategic input in CA feature development and prioritization to improve early and accurate diagnosis, care planning, and care delivery via Clover Assistant. Input and prioritization should consider practice workflows, clinical utility, value creation levers common to Clover’s business lines, as well as those especially important to Medicare Advantage. 
  • Be responsible for detailed user experience and clinical data review to power CA feature development (e.g. around use of labs, medications, HCPCS procedure codes, DME, Part B drugs, etc, to trigger diagnosis tasks and serve as supporting evidence). 
  • Help define and document pre-launch QA standards/processes and post-launch QC processes for new CA tasks; participating in post-launch and ongoing QC. 
  • Support the piloting and sequencing of CA expansion to new user types (e.g., specialist providers), including collaboration on appropriate timing and feature sets. 
  • Provide internal/external communications related to CA where a clinician voice is appropriate (e.g. with physicians, clinical organizations, CMS/funding organizations, investor communities, media). This will include championing the clinical benefits of CA in alignment with Clover’s mission. 

Success in this role looks like:

  • Improved early diagnosis and care management capabilities within the Clover Assistant.
  • Drive high engagement, appropriate use, and high clinical satisfaction with the tool.
  • Evangelize Clover Assistant with current and prospective clinical partners.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and evaluate potential integration opportunities that align with our product strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with our product, sales, ops, and marketing teams, to jointly build out new product features, streamline user experiences, and go to market hand-in-hand alongside our partners, supporting the integration process from conception to launch. 
  • Lead contract negotiations with potential partners, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives, collaborating closely with legal and finance terms to finalize partnership agreements and contacts. 
  • Act as primary POC for partners. Facilitate regular communication and check-ins with partners to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop robust co-marketing campaign strategies with partners with defined goals and KPIs

 

What You Will Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years experience in Business Development, Product Partnerships, Product Management or Technical Partner Account Management
  • Experience working in the HR SaaS space preferred
  • Experience defining user-friendly product experiences in collaboration with product and technical teams
  • Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners
  • Strong negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner value

About the role ????

As part of our software engineering and product development department, we have established a team called Demo Experience.This team focuses on optimising processes, data, and tools for our in-house demo/sandbox accounts generation and management. This serves multiple internal & external customers (Sales, External Partnerships, Product Development and testing).

Your role in this team will be to help us architect and implement new tools to support this. Think of it as this - we need to make sure our various teams can generate & manage test, demo, and sandbox accounts as smoothly and efficiently as possible. We achieve this through designing and maintaining the tech stack, extensions, and related processes. We are very important enablers to many of our internal departments and external partners, and always aim to push our tools above and beyond.

In Pleo, the Demo Experience team has enormous potential and opportunities to make a big impact on the business bottom-line : by improving our sales demo experience and increasing our sales conversion rate, making our product development process easier, or enabling our external partners to integrate by becoming a solid API ecosystem player. We seek a passionate Go backend Software Engineer to join our Analytics team and help us build our new data platform fueling business-critical features. You will mainly write new services in Go which run on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes, interacting with SQL databases, Kafka, and other services.

Part of your job will be to ensure the eventual consistency of data across multiple databases, high availability, good observability, and efficiency of services. The ability to read Python code is crucial since a significant part of the platform code is written in it and some existing features will be moved from the existing Python code base to new Go services.

About The Team

The Web Engineering team is responsible for defining, building, and supporting the full web experience for both Life360.com and Tile.com. About the Job

You’ll be working within a close-knit team of Web engineers, all working to provide an excellent user experience on our e-comm platform and web applications. This team works closely with other engineering teams, marketers, product managers, and designers to create and maintain performant, visually appealing websites that are optimized for user retention and satisfaction. Your day to day might involve coding new features, improving site performance, supporting A/B tests from our cross functional partners, and troubleshooting issues to enhance the overall user experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the end-to-end ecommerce solution
    • Develop React UI components for our Next.js ecommerce storefront
    • Multiple storefronts and locales (localization) 
    • Support multiple payment processing integrations (Stripe, Chargebee) at checkout and order fulfillment 
    • Create and maintain custom integrations between vendor services (Product Inventory Management, Storefront, CMS, Reviews, etc)
  • Develop application components using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK), provision and deploy those components  
  • Configure monitoring, alerting, and alert actions on AWS Cloudwatch
  • Configure CI/CD workflows to test, build, and deploy services 
  • Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product, SEO, Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance) to design and document new features
  • Work with web testing skills and frameworks including: Automate functional tests, accessibility compliance tests, and smoke tests
  • Experience developing against RESTful Service architectures
  • On-call rotation and incident response

This will enable Webflow’s core site data to scale beyond our current needs, move us beyond the single-player foundations of our product, and drive transformational technology changes to our core Designer product.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
    • United States  (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
      • Zone A: $162,500 - $216,050
      • Zone B: $152,700 - $203,100
      • Zone C: $143,000 - $190,150
    • Canada  (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
      • CAD 184,600 - CAD 245,500

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll … 

  • Drive cross-pillar collaboration with software engineers, product managers, designers, and QA analysts in an autonomous, supportive team environment 
  • Build, document, and test production code that impacts all Webflow customers
  • Participate in all engineering activities including incident response, interviewing, designing and reviewing technical specifications, code review, and releasing new functionality
  • Solve problems in a highly technical platform that empowers hundreds of thousands of people
  • Improve our planning, development, and deployment processes to help you and your fellow team members
  • Tackle complex technical challenges on a collaborative and geographically distributed team

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Senior Software Engineer on Designer Data if you…

  • Have 5+ years of experience in scalable, multi-tenant environments 
  • Love thinking through large technical problems and working through that complexity on a collaborative, distributed team
  • Are comfortable building up a mental model of a product and architecture through reading code and debugging existing software
  • Can debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
  • Take pride in taking ownership and driving projects to business impact
  • Deeply understand data design and modeling
  • Are familiar with Node.js, React, TypeScript, framework development, component development, and server-rendering complex React applications at scale
  • Have consistently communicated trade-offs throughout a project to meet both technical and business requirements
  • Are comfortable working in an agile, safe-to-fail environment
