What you’ll do 

We're seeking a Marketing Content Writer to join our marketing team. Your core duties will involve crafting SEO-optimized content spanning blogs, in-depth gated materials, and dynamic marketing campaign copy. This position is ideal for someone with experience in content writing within the cybersecurity sector, especially within a SaaS company targeting enterprise sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Support for Growth Marketing:Assist demand generation and growth marketers by writing compelling copy for campaigns, including prospect and customer emails, campaign landing pages, and other marketing materials to drive engagement and conversions.
  • SEO-Enhanced Content Creation:Craft and write SEO-optimized content across various formats, including high-quality, engaging blogs, in-depth long-form gated downloads (whitepapers, e-books, guides), and impactful web materials. Utilize SEO expertise for keyword research and content optimization to enhance our website's visibility and search ranking, ensuring all content is aligned with our marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Content Performance Analytics:Monitor and analyze performance metrics of all content to inform strategy adjustments. Focus on optimizing content based on engagement and conversion data to improve audience reach and the effectiveness of our content marketing efforts.
  • Blog Writing:Manage the development 1-2 high-quality, engaging blog posts per week, optimized for SEO, that focus on cybersecurity topics relevant to our solutions and enterprise audience. This involves integrating SEO insights to ensure content adheres to best practices and effectively targets our intended market segments.
  • Organic Social Media Content:Develop compelling content for various social media platforms that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
  • Support for Product Marketing: Collaborate with product marketing managers to translate messaging decks effectively into detailed long-form content

Your skill-set: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, a related field or equivalent experience required.

  • Strong portfolio of published or professional writing samples across various content formats, demonstrating expertise in the cybersecurity domain.

About the Role 

As a Staff Data Scientist on our Data Science team, you will be responsible for working on a wide range of data-related projects, from metric design and reporting, to analyses that drive business decisions across our company. What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience working in Data Science or Analytics, partnered with Product teams
  • Experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Ability to distill ambiguous, open-ended questions into workable problems 
  • A track record of collaboration with senior stakeholders 
  • Deep expertise in facets of data science including but not limited to metric design, artificial intelligence, experimentation, and data analysis 
  • History of successfully completing projects on time and within scope 
  • Proven results designing metrics for cross-organization impact

The Director, Clinical Services is a critical role for our company as we enter our scaling phase.  You will bring your passion for member care, ingenuity and impeccable management skills to lead the Clinical Services teams through rapid growth, scale and change. As a cross-functional leader and a representative of the clinical voice, you will collaborate with leaders across the company to implement clinical strategies that optimize the member experience, outcomes and always come back to patient safety. What you’ll do:

Operational Excellence

This role supports the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Services Organization at Parsley Health by partnering with other key cross-functional leaders including Member Experience, Product, Data, the Medical Director and the Growth Team to enhance, operationalize and measure a highly-efficient care delivery model.

  • Clinical & Care Management Operations: Ensures coordination with cross-functional teams in support of daily clinical operations, vendor management and vendor services.
  • Responsible for service design to ensure coordination of care across the continuum and select, devise and oversee clinical operations, work methods, procedures, workflows and standards for quality and quantity of work.
  • Quality: Monitor and evaluate operations for compliance with RNs licensure and regulatory standards

Leadership/Strategy

The Role: Senior Brand Designer

As Senior Brand Designer, you’ll form the cornerstone of content. The Senior Brand Designer will liaise directly with our Marketing & Communications teams to create the most compelling and creative ad, social, and video content. This designer will be focused on marketing and brand design while collaborating across the product design team. This individual will support business goals related to brand building, and brand recognition. They will also contribute to building the Gemini brand and have the ability to creatively express the brand across a variety of mediums.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the creative team in all stages of developing motion assets, from concept to development and final production
  • Create and revise design of still frames and storyboards
  • Work within the brand design team to develop our brand motion toolkit
  • Work with product design team to craft UI motion behaviors and animations that orient, guide, and add delight for customers
  • Utilize sound design to execute projects

About your role and the team:

How we work:

Our entire engineering team works in 6 week cycles. Each developer is assigned to one or more projects during this cycle and aims to deliver the project together with other project team members from various other teams. In addition to working on projects, we also focus on other tasks - not limited to working on our backlog, providing an L3 support to our client facing colleagues or making improvements to our product through an initiative called “Happy consultants”.
In order to keep our high quality standards, each change in code we do gets reviewed and our automated pipeline builds these changes, runs a series of tests, runs the linter, packages the outputs and deploys them onto a development environment.
We are a team of diverse skill sets - you will need to share your experience and knowledge (during code reviews and ideally also beyond) with other colleagues and help them grow just like we all will help and support you from the minute you join us.

Challenges:

Here are some of the challenges that kept us busy in the past:

  • Micro frontend research
    • Our application is split up into modules but we are experimenting with the idea of loosening up the coupling even a bit more and splitting our large application into a collection of smaller ones run under a single container application.
    • Identify the pros and cons of this approach and what problems will it solve effectively and what other problems it might bring.
    • Take into account how this switch potentially affects not the architecture alone but also the execution, deployment and DX.
  • Optimizing build performance
    • The larger an application gets, the more complex the build becomes. Our application consists of hundreds of components, directives, services, pipes and other functions.
    • Find a way to optimise the build in order to make the DX and the pipeline build performance better.
  • Optimizing change detection
    • Our application aims to deliver a swift interaction experience to its users without the feeling that something is lagging.
    • Identify components that are underperforming.
    • Analyze their bottlenecks using the profiler.
    • Optimize the runtime performance of the problematic code parts.
  • Data visualisation
    • Our real-time analyses like trends, funnels, reports, and segmentations allow users to gain insights about their data from multiple perspectives. We integrate with external data sources spanning multiple relational databases and big data storage systems.
    • Build an interface for users to query data from data sources located outside of the Engagement to build the basis for our analyses and visualizations.
    • Create complex data visualizations using the Highcharts library or similar suitable tool.
    • Be proactive in proposing solutions which will help users to better understand their data.
    • Improve test quality and extend test coverage.
  • Extend UI library
    • We have created a mature UI library with the goal in mind to unify the look, behavior, and the API of our reusable components. This library already consists of a solid foundation of components but the innovation in the Engagement goes hand in hand with the need to create new components and enhance existing ones.
    • Create new reusable components while focusing on clear API, stability, best possible UX and modern browser support.
    • Test your component well. Use unit tests to cover all thinkable and unthinkable scenarios your component may go through to make it robust.
  • Other than that…
    • We work hard to have sustainable code, but we still have some code in our codebase, especially from the early startup era, that was written in haste to keep the business running - you will need to be able to get around in complex code and help us refactor it.
    • Automated testing of our code is important to us. You will need to cover your code, help us improve existing test quality and extend overall test coverage - spanning from unit tests, through integration tests to automated e2e tests.

About the Job

As a key player in our Devices Order Fulfillment Operations Team, you will play a critical role in supporting seamless US order fulfillment operations. This role requires attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The individual should feel comfortable solving complex issues and proactively asking questions. The role is fully remote but will require coordination with different sites globally.

The US-based salary range for this position is $115,000 to $145,000 USD. The Canada-based salary range for this role is $125,000 to $150,000 CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

 What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate warehouse systems with business systems or processes
  • Manage daily inbound receipts, outbound orders, and transfer orders from manufacturing sites to US warehouse location
  • Support efforts to review monthly and quarterly KPIs, providing reports and metrics to measure successful outbound logistics and warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with Finance and research late deliveries, chargebacks, inventory shortages, and inconsistencies with carriers and warehouse sites

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in either supply chain, operations and/or advanced in ERP and/or deep knowledge of EDI transactions.
  • 3 plus years’ experience with order fulfillment in a consumer products or similar industry working with offsite storage facilities.
  • Knowledge of SOX requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite is preferred.

About The Team

The Strategic Finance team supports Life360’s strategic initiatives and operational processes, partnering closely with executives and key organizational leaders to make data-driven decisions. The US-based salary range for this position is $140,000 to $195,000. What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve the company’s corporate financial model that tracks and analyzes key metrics and their impact on the company's overall performance 
  • Lead the creation of monthly internal and quarterly Board reporting packages in partnership with various Finance and Analytics teams
  • Lead and improve the company’s cash flow forecasting models, including indirect and direct cash flow models, and liaise with the broader finance team. 
  • Identify areas of efficiency in the preparation of regular deliverables, including driving reporting and modeling automation
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s financial systems, manage data integrations between key systems
  • Lead planning of financial systems projects, including project management and coordination of external consulting resources, internal business and finance teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years experience with at least 3 years experience in Strategic Finance / FP&A at a high-growth technology company; prior investment banking is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field 
  • Experience working with 3 Financial statement models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement) is required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to clearly articulate ideas, and drive cross-functional understanding and cooperation across the business
  • Demonstrated experience thinking strategically about complex business problems, leading to recommendations and action plans
  • Extremely proactive, approaches problems in a structured manner, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to communicate clearly and effectively.

As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll … 

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship across your customer’s organization, from Executive Sponsors to day-to-day contacts, that works to ensure customers are getting value from our products and services.
  • Work with customers to understand their unique goals and business processes as well as provide expert knowledge of Webflow; nurture relationships with influential stakeholders and empower them to be Webflow champions.
  • Drive account strategy to help customers understand how Webflow can most effectively power their entire Web footprint, while creating a success plan that aligns internal Webflow teams (i.e. Product + Sales) to external customer objectives. 
  • Provide enterprise customers with guidance on launching and optimizing their Webflow deployment following web development best practices.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about product questions and provide solutions to complex use cases and workflows.
  • Conduct executive business reviews to assess progress against the customer’s desired business outcomes, determine opportunities for deeper feature engagement, and measure and communicate the impact of Webflow on the customer’s business.
  • Collaborate with the Renewals Management team to drive renewal outcomes, while accurately forecasting to senior leadership the predicted outcome of the renewal process across your book of business.
  • Partner with Technical Architects to ensure customers are able to build scalable sites..
  • Consistently report information from customers back to the business in the form of notes, recordings, summaries, action plans (and others) using a variety of systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with Service Providers that are engaged with our customers to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
  • Act as the voice of the customer with the Webflow product team, helping shape the evolution of the product.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Senior Customer Success Manager if you:

  • Have a consultative approach; able to navigate complex business needs and requirements
  • Prior Customer Success or Account Management experience, with a SaaS company or digital marketing agency. (5-6 years of relevant experience preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills. You will be expected to have advanced writing and presentation skills that allow you to effectively communicate complex topics and points of view.
  • Have strong business acumen - you are familiar with using a variety of tools and resources to gain deep knowledge of a customer’s needs (10ks, industry reportings, news alerts, etc).
  • Have excitement for learning a very technical product across a variety of use cases.
  • Have significant experience managing a book of high-value customer relationships in post-sales or deployment services, able to drive customer success and align within complex customer environments at executive and department levels.
  • You have bias for action and work effectively in a highly ambiguous, ever-changing environment. 
  • Are a driven, process-oriented person. You’re able to effectively balance competing priorities and make decisions that best support Webflow, the team, and the customer.
  • Exceptional organizational, note taking, project management, and time management skills.

About you

That’s enough about us. Let’s chat about you! To enable us on our growth trajectory, we’re searching for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with product questions, training and technical problems when using Assignar. You will be responsible for supporting our customers in Australia and New Zealand. Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.

You’ll ideally bring with you:

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with the construction industry (a plus)
  • Experience using zendesk software (a plus) and remote support tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience and poise when handling tough cases
  • Ability to explain technical jargon in layman's terms for our customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours to cover the AWST timezone

Day to day, you will:

  • Independently manage the allocated queue of support requests and assume ownership of incoming requests.
  • Be an expert on the Assignar platform, including product limitations, system integrations, and solutioning of workflows.
  • Provide high quality, articulate communication with customers - focusing on first-contact resolution whenever possible, and progressing the case along in a meaningful way with each touch point.
  • Consistently deliver timely, meaningful responses to customer inquiries, questions, requests and issues.
  • Review standard reporting requests that come from the Success team and customers. Assist with building reports based on specifications provided.

What success looks like

In the first month, you will go through extensive systems, processes and product training. Understanding all the ins and outs of the Assignar platform and start to help respond to tickets on Zendesk.
